On Joy Reid’s MSNBC show this morning, panelist Sarah Kendzior claimed that “you still have actual Nazis” in the Trump White House. That came after her assertion that “this is still a white supremacist house.”
Kendzior didn’t identify the “actual Nazis” by name.
Kendzior’s explosive accusations came in the context of a discussion of Steve Bannon’s exit from the Trump administration. Kendzior, a regular Reid guest and former Al Jazeera English columnist, said that Bannon could be “more dangerous” on the outside than he was in the White House, where he was “somewhat contained.”
SARAH KENDZIOR: As many have pointed out, this is still a white-supremacist house. You still have actual Nazis in the house. You have Jeff Sessions, who’s a long-time antagonist against civil rights and you have policies that back up these ideas in practice. And so what Bannon is probably going to do when he leaves is just support this aspect of Trump’s agenda from the outside, which could actually be more dangerous and more harmful than having him in the White House, where he was, as mentioned, somewhat contained.

What you might be getting is they reserve the right to paint anyone as a nazi using arbitrary criteria, as in white, male, heterosexual. Dehumanize, then target,
First of all, you have to understand what constitutes a white supremacist in the eyes of the loony left. For these people, anyone who is not actively trying to suppress white Americans rights and privileges while, at the same time, supporting every lunatic minority elevation scheme in this country is a “white supremacist”. See, they believe that somebody has to be dominant and someone has to be subordinate. They do not believe that equality can exist.
Second, it is incredible the way that liberals hurl the term “NAZI” at anyone to the right of their position, while they are actively using the same tactics of violent protest that the NAZIs used during their rise to power.
What is really indicative of the level of mental illness of liberal protestors is exactly what they are protesting against. In this case they are protesting against a Presidential administration which has, so far, put more citizens back to work, increased the GDP, increased the chances of survival for small and medium sized businesses and curtailed the short term profits of international corporations all while growing the tax base. And, it has done this by reducing or eliminating government control over businesses and citizens. This is exactly opposite of what the NAZIs did in Germany in the 1930s. About the only ideological groups who would be opposed to this are socialist and communists. Two economic and social systems which have proven failures in the last 100 years.

We all need to remember that there is no significant difference between Nazis, Communists, Muslims and Progressive Fascists. Their proclaimed goals and justifications for the evil they do are just irrelevant lies. What’s important is that they want to destroy liberty.

By “actual Nazis” she probably meant Sebastian Gorka. The left has been trying for some time to smear him as an actual literal Nazi, a member of an organization in Hungary that collaborated with the Nazis in WW2, and whose members from that era are barred from immigration to the USA on the presumption of having committed war crimes. Of course even if he were a member of this organization, which he denies, it’s physically impossible for him to have committed any crimes in WW2 because he wasn’t born yet, so the immigration ban wouldn’t apply to him, but expecting logic or honesty from the left is futile.
Many Europeans joined the Germans to battle the Russians. At that time many people had seen what the Soviet Union was. Wars make odd often terrible mixes. A former partner’s father fought for Germany against the Russians. He later escaped from Hungary (with his two sons) across mine fields during the Hungarian Revolution. It just took longer and with a higher toll of lives to end the Communist nightmare. I wonder if Tom Hanks and such believe that only the Democrats won WWII.
Early in the War many Jews couldn’t believe that the Germans could possibly be worse than the Soviets. After all, they had been so nice and humane in WW1. My father’s cousin’s father-in-law was in Riga when there was still time to get out, but he refused to go back to the USSR because he was sure that would be jumping from the frying pan into the fire. By the time he’d heard enough refugees’ accounts to realize that this time was different, it was too late; there was one last train out, and he tried to get on it but it was impossible. The reality of the situation is that the claims of Russian collusion, Russian hacking, and so forth, are rapidly being discredited. Instead of allowing the public to see how these claims were a bunch of political maneuvering in an effort to tar the White House, they are now pushing the Nazi/white supremacist issue with equally as little proof.
