“Biased?” She’s a traitor, considering the oath she took:
Ruth Bader Ginsburg of the Supreme Court embraced the practice of consulting foreign legal decisions on Friday, rejecting the argument from conservatives that United States law should not take international thinking into account.
“I, Ruth Ginsberg, do solemnly swear that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; and that I will well and faithfully discharge the duties of the office on which I am about to enter. So help me God.”
In a sick and twisted way, she has a point. Her personal opinions as expressed in the media won’t affect her vote. Her vote is always 100% predicable. She is possessed by ideology, and that ideology will always determine what she does. If she were going to recuse herself, it should be from the court itself.
