Hillary destroyed Nakoula Basseley Nakoula’s life with false Benghazi film claim, but no one cares

Hillary destroyed Nakoula Basseley Nakoula’s life with false Benghazi film claim, but no one cares

Filmmaker is homeless and lives in poverty and fear, while media obsessed with Trump’s “fat shaming”

The Clinton campaign’s rollout of the “fat shaming” claim against Donald Trump has been a thing to see.

This is part and parcel of what has become media collusion with the Clinton campaign, including the coordinated campaign and media rollout of the “fat-shaming” claim. (As to which Trump has completely taken the bait, as the Clinton campaign in-house psychological profilers likely predicted.) Molly Hemingway at The Federalist notes, Alicia Machado Is 2016’s Sandra Fluke, A Democratic Public Relations Scam:

But when Clinton talks about Machado, and runs conference calls for the media with her, and sets up photo shoots with her, and whatnot, everyone just complies and forgets to mention they’re taking marching orders from the campaign.

How else to explain how everyone chose the same angle as the Clinton campaign asked them to? Media outlets could have noted that they themselves were calling Machado a fatty-boombaladdy at the exact same time Trump made his remarks. They could have noted that beauty pageant winners are generally judged by their … how do you say it … BEAUTY. Or they could have chosen entirely different angles.

The fat-shaming charge is Clinton cynicism at its most grotesque.

Hillary is the woman who savaged her husband’s paramours and sexual harassment/assault victims in the most demeaning and derogatory terms. She called Monica Lewinsky, who but for the blue dress would have been destroyed by the Clinton war room, a “narcissistic loony toon.” And that was not an isolated instance:

Lewinsky was not the only woman who had a sexual relationship with Bill targeted by Hillary: she called Gennifer Flowers “trailer trash.”

Flowers alleged in a 2000 lawsuit that Clinton created and ran a “war room” during the 1992 campaign to “smear, defame, and harm” adversaries such as herself.

Prior to the 1992 election, Clinton worked to get sworn statements from all the women Bill was rumored to have slept with who said the rumors were false. She interviewed some of the women herself, according to Carl Bernstein’s A Woman in Charge.

Kathleen Willey, who claimed Bill Clinton sexually harassed her during his first term as president, said Hillary Clinton made it a point to launch a “terror campaign” against her and all other women.

“She is the war on women, as far as I’m concerned, because with every woman that she’s found out about—and she made it a point to find out who every woman had been that’s crossed his path over the years—she’s orchestrated a terror campaign against every one of these women, including me,” said Willey.

One of those women was Juanita Broaddrick, who says Hillary Clinton threatened her in person two weeks after she claimed Bill Clinton raped her.

Brutal derision of other women, some of whom alleged sexual assault and rape, apparently is less of an issue for the media than “fat shaming.”

As bad as all that was and is, so far there has been near silence this campaign season about how Hillary destroyed the life of Nakoula Basseley Nakoula, the guy who made the Mohammad film, Innocence of Muslims, that Hillary falsely blamed for the Benghazi attack that killed four Americans, including Ambassador Christopher Stevens.

Hillary’s treachery and lies are now well-known because of documents uncovered against the State Department and Hillary’s wishes. Those documents show that as she was blaming Nakoula’s film for a supposedly spontaneous mob attack, she privately told her daughter and others that it was a planned terrorist attack (which it was). Hillary lied through her teeth to preserve her own political future and that of Obama.

Others in the Obama administration participated in the lie, as well.

Nakoula was immediately arrested  after publicity about the film revealed that he used the internet in violation of probation terms. While Nakoula’s life is murky, there is no doubt that his life has spiraled downward since the false claim that his movie led to the deaths. He spent a year in prison.

Rich Lowrey noted in Politico, The Benghazi Patsy:

Nakoula Basseley Nakoula deserves a place in American history. He is the first person in this country jailed for violating Islamic anti-blasphemy laws.

You won’t find that anywhere in the charges against him, of course. As a practical matter, though, everyone knows that Nakoula wouldn’t be in jail today if he hadn’t produced a video crudely lampooning the prophet Muhammad….

After Benghazi, the administration was evidently filled with a fierce resolve — to bring Nakoula Basseley Nakoula to justice. Charles Woods, the father of a Navy SEAL killed in Benghazi, said Secretary of State Hillary Clinton told him when his son’s body returned to Andrews Air Force Base: “We will make sure that the person who made that film is arrested and prosecuted.”

Lo and behold, Nakoula was brought in for questioning by five Los Angeles County sheriff’s deputies at midnight, eventually arrested and held without bond, and finally thrown into jail for a year. He sits in La Tuna Federal Correctional Institution in Texas right now, even as the deceptive spin that blamed his video for the Benghazi attack looks more egregious by the day.

After release from prison, Nakoula has gone into a spiral. In November 2013, Kerry Picket reported Benghazi YouTube Filmmaker Lives Quiet Life In L.A. Homeless Shelter

Nakoula, an Egyptian born Coptic Christian, is presently on supervised probation in Los Angeles. He lives a quiet life at a homeless shelter provided by the First Southern Baptist Church. He earns $300.00 a month working part time at a pizza parlor, a job he has had for one year.

“I’m a very poor person. I’m a homeless person. I like to keep my mouth shut. I don’t like to go to jail again. I like to stay with people and be quiet and keep a low profile.”

“I’m working part time in the church and helping the homeless, because I live with them.” According to Nakoula some in the shelter are aware of who he is, but he mainly keeps to himself helping out in the kitchen.

“The shelter gives me everything — food, housing, the whole thing.”

Nakoula is not in touch with his family and is apparently estranged from them. Additionally, he no longer talks to friends or business associates from his past.

“I’m disappeared from them.”

Nakoula said the church continues to help him look for more work, but the Benghazi video controversy has made it difficult.

Fox News reported on September 12, 2016, Blamed for Benghazi: Filmmaker jailed after attack now lives in poverty, fear

Nakoula Basseley Nakoula, the Coptic Christian whose short video “The Innocence of Muslims” was initially faulted for sparking the Sept. 11, 2012 terror attack at U.S. diplomatic compounds in Libya, is now living in a homeless shelter run by First Southern Baptist Church in Buena Park, Calif. He has served time in prison, been shamed publicly by the White House and threatened with death.

“I don’t believe in democracy anymore,” Nakoula told FoxNews.com. “I don’t think there is such a thing as freedom of speech.” …

Nakoula, who is in his late fifties and has been in the U.S since 1984, declined to elaborate on his post-jail experiences, but said he plans to write a book about his ordeal.

For now, he deferred queries to the Rev. Wiley S. Drake, pastor of the First Southern Baptist Church. In August 2013, Nakoula was relocated from prison to a halfway house – a kind of house arrest although it’s a government facility – to serve out the remainder of his time, and a year later was released into Drake’s custody. For the past three years, Nakoula has been living at the homeless shelter on church grounds….

According to Drake, the federal government was concerned about the potential threats at the halfway house due to Nakoula’s presence, and agreed to release him to the church. Amid the hoopla sparked by his film and the finger-pointing, Nakoula indeed became a hot target for Islamic fatwas. In 2012, an Egyptian court sentenced him – in absentia – to death for defaming the religion and a Pakistani minister issued a $100,000 reward to have him killed.

Drake said that they have received a few anonymous phone threats – the last being about a year ago – but he refuses to back down.

So far, there has been no media frenzy over how Hillary Clinton destroyed the life of Nakoula Basseley Nakoula, and the Trump campaign hasn’t made a big issue of it either. Well, at least there are two more debates for Trump to bring it up, if Trump doesn’t get distracted by the next Clinton-media PSYOP ploy.

Fear not. Every Trump supporter I know has repeatedly assured me that Trump will kick Clinton’s ass in every debate once they begin.

Maybe Trump should invite him to the next debate.

That seems to contradict his stances on not only immigration but also creating/retaining jobs for Americans.

Ragspierre in reply to David Breznick. | October 3, 2016 at 10:44 am

Well, so does his PRACTICE of hiring foreign workers in his own businesses, on the lie that Americans don’t want the jobs he’s offering.

          Cripes…

It does contradict his current stated position. You are right. However, we are a pretty sophisticated demographic, and we can tell the difference between that and his true intentions. The latter can be figured out from his life’s history. He thinks that American wages are too high and will speak to bring more workers into the country.
I suspect he wouldn’t mind putting us all on welfare- it’s easier this way.

“Trump has completely taken the bait, as the Clinton campaign in-house psychological profilers likely predicted”

If Trump is that predictable, I suggest he pick up the book: “The Art of the Deal” and read it. The guy who wrote it is working for the Clinton debate team, but Trump could still learn something from the book.

“if Trump doesn’t get distracted by the next Clinton-media PSYOP distraction” or a shiny object.

Dear professor,
Will you be so kind and find out for us exactly what was Nakoula charged with?

Henry Hawkins in reply to Exiliado. | October 2, 2016 at 10:53 pm

Probation violation: “he used the internet in violation of probation terms.”

Arminius in reply to Henry Hawkins. | October 3, 2016 at 1:50 am

I believe it would be more technically correct to call it a parole violation, not a probation violation, as at the time he was a recently released felon. But everyone including the feds is calling this a probation violation, not a parole violation, and for the life of me I don’t know why.

Whatevs. Whether a probationer or parolee he still was under the supervision of the federal government. He had more freedom than a prisoner in a minimum security prison, who in turn has more freedom than a prisoner in a Supermax, but he was still in a form of custody.

I get all that. I get how he could and should go back to prison if he violated the terms of his supervised release. But this was still one of the strangest things I’ve ever seen. The entire weight of the federal apparatus set itself in motion and with the agility of a Spanish fighting bull ran down and gored the mateador in the form of Nakoula Nakoula.

One probation/parole violation in Los Angeles, and one of our long line of illustrious DNC Attorneys General who couldn’t spot an illegal alien when Kathryn Steinle’s life depended on it can see it all the way from Washington D.C.

It’s just amazing how swiftly the axe of justice falls on the neck of those who are out of favor with this administration or those who need to be thrown under the bus. Why, it’s almost as if lady justice has removed her blindfold and being selective in her ministrations.

Thanks for posting this, Prof. My heart breaks for this man, who has been made to suffer so greatly because he innocently believed that he lived under the protection of the First Amendment.

Literally finished watching “13 Hours” 20 minutes ago. So mad right now.

To this day no one has explained…..

How did the media KNOW he was there – and that he was being fingered as the fall guy…….?

I’ve often wondered if that was him under there, but apparently it was. What a horrible travesty.

Another victim of the Obama, and Hillary never-ending, nightmarish debacle.

Simple. Once the police were *told* to arrest him and had arranged the date and time, the media was *told* where he would be and what they were supposed to write about him.

And just like happy little poodles, they jumped right through the flaming hoop without questioning their orders at all. Democrat operatives with bylines.

Remember when Trump was sold as the candidate who knows how to work the media?

“Nakoula Basseley Nakoula deserves a place in American history. He is the first person in this country jailed for violating Islamic anti-blasphemy laws.”

That’s the really scary part. Well, no, it’s all the really scary part.

The fact you’d have BOTH POTUS and the Sec. Of State lying in the faces of the kin of four Americans lost to Islamic terrorists about their deaths, while essentially standing over their bodies.

The fact they’d even employ such a lame lie (who didn’t know it was a lie at the time?), and that they’d keep flogging that lie even weeks later.

And, to scoop up this poor little dope, and essentially throw him in the meat grinder…

Little wonder he doesn’t “believe in democracy” any longer.

So let me see if Ive got this right. Clinton destroyed this mans life and its Trumps fault?

The Presidential campaign is a marathon, not a sprint. All good things in good time.

Exiliado: Will you be so kind and find out for us exactly what was Nakoula charged with?

Nakoula pled guilty in a check-kiting scheme that involved the use of aliases and computers to defraud banks of thousands of dollars. Afterwards, he again adopted aliases, as well as used computers and the Internet, against the terms of his probation.

Yes, he was a crook and … yes… he violated parole stipulations. BUT… being guilty of some things does not mean he can be made “guilty” of whatever trumped up charges and lies Obama and Clinton wished. I would put it under cruel and unusual punishment. The midnight perp walk, the egregious denunciations, the lies to the families of the 4 who were left to die in Benghazi (now what uniforms or not to wear and should the rescuers have guns???… etc PC garbage that burned away critical time.) are standard operating procedure now for this Prog/Left Administration and harbingers of things to come…..

alasakbob :he violated parole stipulations. BUT… being guilty of some things does not mean he can be made “guilty” of whatever trumped up charges and lies Obama and Clinton wished.

He wasn’t. He was found guilty of violating the conditions of his probation.

alaskabob in reply to Zachriel. | October 3, 2016 at 2:30 pm

Oh, so the average parole violator is prep walked on national TV, denounced internationally, blamed as the focus for riots and deaths, excoriated by the President and Secretary of State with special TV announcements in foreign countries… ad infinitum … he became a whipping boy for the Administration. Hum… maybe if all violators were treated like that maybe there would be less violations…

alaskabob: so the average parole violator is prep walked on national TV, denounced internationally

His notoriety comes from publishing a provocative video that led to riots across the Middle East, resulting in dozens dead. However, his judicial punishment wasn’t for the content of his speech, but his parole violations.

alaskabob: remember that Hillary promised to punish him BEFORE any knowledge of his past criminal history

The evidence for that is contested.

alaskabob in reply to Zachriel. | October 3, 2016 at 2:42 pm

Also, remember that Hillary promised to punish him BEFORE any knowledge of his past criminal history… As Beria said…”Show me the man, I will show you the crime.”

alaskabob in reply to Zachriel. | October 3, 2016 at 3:24 pm

The video did NOT cause the riots … initially… any riots about the video came after it was mentioned by Obama and Hillary… the hits on youtube were minimal prior to his outing. Even Hillary admitted, to foreign diplomats, that the attacks on Benghazi and riots were not about the video.

alaskabob: The video did NOT cause the riots … initially… any riots about the video came after it was mentioned by Obama and Hillary

That is incorrect. The first riots were in Cairo hours before the U.S. had made any comment on the matter. It then spread over the next few days to other places.

alaskabob: Even Hillary admitted, to foreign diplomats, that the attacks on Benghazi and riots were not about the video.

The attacks in Benghazi were not tied to the video. However, the riots across the Middle East were spurred by the video, resulting in dozens of deaths.

Zachriel, the man was “outed” putting his life at risk. And as far as his parole violation is concerned, it is clear that he was singled out for special treatment. The bottom line is that it is the duty of the president to protect people who denigrate the so-called prophet of Islam from Muslim violence and not to condemn Americans for exercising their rights before the world.

The defense of our freedoms requires us qt times to stand up for creeps who muck up their own lives. Nakoula is no saint but he is a victim here.

cwillia1: The bottom line is that it is the duty of the president to protect people who denigrate the so-called prophet of Islam from Muslim violence and not to condemn Americans for exercising their rights before the world.

While Nakoula has a right to free speech, others have a right to condemn the content of his speech.

cwillia1: Nakoula is no saint but he is a victim here.

Nakoula is a convicted felon who violated the conditions of his parole.

Arminius in reply to Zachriel. | October 3, 2016 at 4:48 pm

Actually the content of his speech was accurate. Anyone who has read the Quran and ahadith, what is currently the major part of the Sunnah or the Well Trodden Path of Muhammad, and you’ll see.

I know you’re going to accuse me of “cherry picking.” You know, given the fact that the Quran is shorter than than the New Testament and it contains approximately 480 exhortations to violence, it’s pretty hard not to trip over the cherries. Then there’s the Khuttub al Sittah or if you prefer the Sahih Sittah. The six books or the reliable six (the Shia have the Khuttub al Arba or the four books). Actually we’re talking seven books for the Sunni as the adherents of the Maliki school of Sharia accept the Muwatta Malik as the sixth canonical text while the other three of the four major schools of Sunni Islamic jurisprudence (Shafii, Hanbali, and Hanafii) accept the collection of ahadith Sunan ibn Majah.

Every one of those canonical texts, only slightly subordinate to the Quran, has a chapter or volume on Jihad. The ignorant among you may imagine I don’t know what I’m talking about. But consider, why are Sunni Muslims called Sunni Muslims? Because they are Ahlus Sunnah in Arabic. The adherents of the Sunnah. And what is the Sunnah? Again, mostly the ahadith today.

Home » Sahih al-Bukhari » Book of Fighting for the Cause of Allah (Jihaad)

“Allah’s Messenger (ﷺ) said, “I have been sent with the shortest expressions bearing the widest meanings, and I have been made victorious with terror (cast in the hearts of the enemy), and while I was sleeping, the keys of the treasures of the world were brought to me and put in my hand.” Abu Huraira added: Allah’s Messenger (ﷺ) has left the world and now you, people, are bringing out those treasures (i.e. the Prophet did not benefit by them).

        Reference : Sahih al-Bukhari 2977
        In-book reference : Book 56, Hadith 186
        USC-MSA web (English) reference : Vol. 4, Book 52, Hadith 220
        (deprecated numbering scheme)”

What does it mean to fight in the cause of Allah? Fortunately the Quran tells us.

        Surah 9:111 At-Tawbah (The Repentance)

“Indeed, Allah has purchased from the believers their lives and their properties [in exchange] for that they will have Paradise. They fight in the cause of Allah , so they kill and are killed. [It is] a true promise [binding] upon Him in the Torah and the Gospel and the Qur’an. And who is truer to his covenant than Allah ? So rejoice in your transaction which you have contracted. And it is that which is the great attainment.”

Any questions? Whatever Nakoula Basseley Nakoula may be, if he said anything remotely resembling the above he spoke the truth. Maybe for the first time in his life, but there’s a first time for everything.

Arminius: Actually the content of his speech was accurate… I know you’re going to accuse me of “cherry picking.”

And the Jewish Bible has verses where God orders genocide.

In any case, the question isn’t the content of Nakoula’s speech, but who destroyed his life. Nakoula destroyed Nakoula’s life, when he committed a check-kiting scheme, then when he broke probation. He now has a second third chance to make something of himself.

Arminius in reply to Zachriel. | October 3, 2016 at 5:06 pm

Zachriel, what do you hope to accomplish here? Do you see anyone standing up for the fine upstanding character of Nakoula Besseley Nakoula?

What you see is, ultimately, there’s a limit to how long you can go on shitting on a person. The fact that Nakoula is a convicted felon is not your unlimited license to keep dumping on him, for any purpose whatsoever.

I would say I’m sorry, but I’m not. The Obama administration needed a scapegoat for Benghazi. They picked him. It was wrong. Everybody with a sense of justice knows this.

Arminius: Do you see anyone standing up for the fine upstanding character of Nakoula Besseley Nakoula?

There is no reason Nakoula can’t make something of himself. That wasn’t the question raised, however. He is being punished for fraud, and breaking probation. He has a place to stay, and a part-time job. That’s not atypical for someone with a felony conviction.

alaskabob in reply to Zachriel. | October 3, 2016 at 5:37 pm

You are incorrect on timing….. the Cairo attacks occurred after the US Embassy “apologized” for the video. While I hate to use Wiki.. read it for yourself:

“On September 11, hours before the attacks, in response to the promotion of the film and in anticipation of protests, the U.S. Embassy in Cairo issued the following statement:”

Timing is everything…. Facts are stubborn things.

You are correct that the U.S. statement came before the riots, however, you are incorrect that it was the U.S. statement that brought the video to public attention.

From the timeline you cite: Sept 9, Egyptian television airs an Arabic-language scene from the Bacile film.

Arminius in reply to alaskabob. | October 4, 2016 at 11:28 am

They may have apologized for the video, but that merely shows mens rea on the part of the administration.

The actual riot that followed in Cairo was not over the video.

          https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tPszLCEyu-I

“CNN’s Nic Robertson Interviews Brother of Blind Sheik”

(The commentary contains a typo: the video is from 2012.)

The Cairo riot was a long planned attack that was not instigated by a video. How many months ahead of time do you have to buy your Taylor Swift concert tickets? It’s like that. Like that, in the sense that you advertise (attendance is free of charge). None of these things happen by accident. What, do you think some Afghani goat herder checks his feed and discovers Terry Jones in Florida is going to BBQ a Quran? And then all of a sudden a crowd of tens of thousands assemble outside the US consulate?

I’ve got a bridge to sell you.

This isn’t to say the video wasn’t a factor. As a matter of fact in my estimation the showing of the video was part of the campaign to ensure a good turn out for the riot. Why not vomit some more gasoline on the fire? Seriously, Zachriel, you fail to connect 9/11 with 9/11? It’s a date with some significance on the jihadi calendar. Perhaps you should familiarize yourself with it.

Islam is not what CAIR would have you believe. As a matter of fact, I’m not going beyond what the evidence can prove. Look at the exhibits, the sworn testimony, in the Holy Land Foundation terror funding trial, and judge for yourself.

Arminius: The actual riot that followed in Cairo was not over the video.

The YouTube doesn’t support your contention of a planned riot. The Bacile film clearly added fuel to the fire.

As for Nakoula, he was a convicted felon who broke terms of his probation.

      Arminius in reply to cwillia1. | October 3, 2016 at 4:02 pm

“The defense of our freedoms requires us qt times to stand up for creeps who muck up their own lives.”

Because in this Ham Sandwich Nation, as UT law professor Glenn Reynolds so aptly puts it (a prosecutor in this country can get a grand jury to indict a ham sandwich) if you’re going to defend freedom of speech you’re going to have to at times defend some pretty unsavory characters or some pretty unsavory speech.

Fortunately the enemies of free speech are far more detestable than Nakoula Basseley Nakoula. I give you the utterly vile Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama as exhibits A and B. No prior administration cooperated with the OIC, formerly the Organization of the Islamic Conference and currently the Organization of Islamic Cooperation, to essentially implement Sharia blasphemy laws. Which is what Nakoula Basseley Nakoula was re-imprisoned for. No matter how you slice it, it was the content of his speech (which was accurate) that caused this disgusting administration take out ad time on Pakistani TV to apologize for our First Amendment.

Obama and his anti-American minions have this habit of unnecessarily giving things away for free, and then pretending as if they got a better deal than somebody might have gotten given the demands of our enemies. Of course, we could have given them nothing, as every other President decided to do. Giving the primary state sponsor of terrorism, Iran, money is one example. The Obamatons claim it was a good deal for the tax payer. Actually, nothing was the better deal. Give them nothing.

Similarly, giving the OIC nothing wrt Sharia blasphemy laws was a far sight better than giving them anything. Instead we cooperated and helped them pass Resolution 16/20. The administration argues that the OIC sufficiently watered it down. The sane reaction is, they should have given it up entirely. Now we have a “watered down” blasphemy law pending, should anyone get a SCOTUS nominee through who thinks “hate speech” isn’t protected speech.

I guarantee you that should Satan prevail and Clinton be elected President, whatever aircraft Hillary Clinton flies on will be nicknamed by military and naval personnel, male and female and points in between, Democrat and Republican and points in between, Broomstick 1. Just as I know the LPD 26 USS John P. Murtha has been renamed the Fat Bastard by its very P.O.d crew (what did those Sailors ever do you, America, that you would do this to them).

When it comes down to it the only problem with prison is Hillary Clinton isn’t in one. I don’t know about any of you, but I spent a night in a county lock up once, back in my youth, when a college party got out of hand. I met a better class of people than you’ll ever meet in the halls of Congress.

It’s really not a hard choice confronting us.

More and more, I believe that the corrupt in our federal government are not going anywhere after November no matter who wins.

Because in a civilized world…

I love Australia.

This wasn’t the only one. I was the latest one, before the Cairo attack.

Note the date. I knew right away they were lying about Benghazi and Cairo.

“…Jihadi groups in Egypt, including Islamic Jihad, the Sunni Group, and Al Gamaa Al Islamiyya have issued a statement threatening to burn the U.S. Embassy in Cairo to the ground.

According to El Fagr, they are calling for the immediate release of the Islamic jihadis who are imprisonment and in detention centers in the U.S. including Guantanamo Bay: “The group, which consists of many members from al-Qaeda, called [especially] for the quick release of the jihadi [mujahid] sheikh, Omar Abdul Rahman [the “Blind Sheikh”], whom they described as a scholar and jihadi who sacrificed his life for the Egyptian Umma…”

The whole Obama administration has been one huge lie. It’s almost impossible to know where to start. Fortunately we have Zachriel who can provide us hints.

Arminius: September 10, 2012 Note the date.

From the timeline you cited: Sept 9, Egyptian television airs an Arabic-language scene from the Bacile film.

Oh, OK. I don’t think I’m giving the game away when I note the existence of the State Department’s Bureau of Intelligence and Research. Also known as INR. Especially because they have a web presence.

      http://www.state.gov/s/inr/

      INR.

Also, I don’t think I’m giving the game away when I note, especially in America where have immigrants from everywhere you can imagine, it’s possible to understand what’s being said about us in the foreign press.

Do I have to paint a picture for you, Zachriel, for you to get the enormity of this lie?

The white house put out this nonsense.

For Immediate Release
September 10, 2012
Readout of the President’s Meeting with Senior Administration Officials on Our Preparedness and Security Posture on the Eleventh Anniversary of September 11th

Earlier today the President heard from key national security principals on our preparedness and security posture on the eve of the eleventh anniversary of September 11th. Over the past month, Assistant to the President for Homeland Security and Counterterrorism John Brennan has convened numerous meetings to review security measures in place. During the briefing today, the President and the Principals discussed specific measures we are taking in the Homeland to prevent 9/11 related attacks as well as the steps taken to protect U.S. persons and facilities abroad, as well as force protection. The President reiterated that Departments and agencies must do everything possible to protect the American people, both at home and abroad.

Hey, maybe I’m crazy, but while both the Obama administration and the Miami Dolphins cheerleaders talk about red lines only the JV team is willing and able to do anything about it.

Is everyone besides myself uncurious as to what actual steps the White House took to confront terrorism. Because the only step Libya could have taken to further its integration into NATO would have been to join it. Because it was closer to Sicily than San Francisco is to Los Angeles.

Why was nothing ready to move, despite this White House announcement?

I’ve never had a good answer. And pace Zachriel, not getting an answer is not an answer.

I’ve reviewed DoD OPORDERs, OPLANs and State Department embassy/consulate Emergency Action Plans. What we have before us is a government lie.

Now, anyone can say anything on the internet. So you be the judge. Don’t believe me. You can’t check any credentials I might push forward.

I was wrong. And when I’m wrong I admit it. The distance between Sicily and Libya is in fact further than the distance between San Francisco and Los Angeles.

“Italy – Palermo * Tue 8:18 PM 903 km 561 miles 488 nm Northwest NW”

“Air line: 347.41 mi Route: 380.91 miles”

So, silly me. If we accept the published figures that a C-130 can do Mach 0.59, by any standard Dougherty and Woods should not have died without a fight. And they wouldn’t have if a word of the White House press release was true.

Pardon my legal ignorance, but couldn’t Nakoula make a pretty good case against Hillary for defamation or whatever, and certainly real damages?
Seems like he needs a good lawyer. And if he filed suit right now and did it right, even if he doesn’t have a case, wouldn’t she be desperate to put any suit away overnight by settling?
Seems like there ought to be some Republican lawyers even willing to do it pro bono.

Hello Professor. Wanted to point you to Breitbart reporter Lee Stranahan’s work on Benghazi.

He lays out the proof (with verifiable citations) that the video Innocence of Muslim actually was the reason for the attack in Benghazi.

Hillary Clinton and the US were warned about the upcoming attacks. They did nothing. She had days and days of warnings. And that is the scandal.

Both Democrats and Republicans are lying about it.

Read Lee Stranahan’s Twitter or go to his website. Or ask him directly I’m sure he’d love to tell you about it.
