Sean Hannity Threatens Never Trumpers With His Mad Karate Skills

If there’s anything good to come out of the 2016 dumpster fire, it’s that charlatans, opportunists, and other sillies and n’er do wellers have been exposed.

Such is the case of Sean Hannity, Fox News host and talk radio personality.

Last month, Hannity had one fantastic Twitter meltdown, and prematurely blamed Republicans for a potential Trump loss. Hannity’s unwavering fanboy loyalty to The Donald has turned his cable and radio shows into a Trump lovefest, complete with rebukes and threats to anyone who looks disapprovingly at his precious.

The reader may remember when Hannity yelled at Senator Cruz (who was still in the presidential race at the time), for actually understanding how the whole primary delegate thing works.

In any case, what’s left of his integrity inched a little closer to the cliff Tuesday when Hannity threatened Never Trumpers with his karate skills.

Fox News host Sean Hannity boasted on Tuesday afternoon about his martial arts skills while warning the Never Trump movement against criticizing him.“They’ve all taken shots at me first,” Hannity said on his radio show of conservative media members like radio host Glenn Beck, National Review Editor Rich Lowry, and columnist Jonah Goldberg. He continued: “I’m a counter-puncher. I punch back. Now working toward my black belt … finally got my brown belt. If you hit me, come at me, I’m really going to hurt you.”Hannity quickly added that he wasn’t threatening physical harm against individuals who have spoken out against him.The host has been engaged in a back and forth with members of the Never Trump conservative movement for the last few weeks after facing staunch criticism for his fervent support of the Republican presidential nominee.

Tough, but fair:

As I blogged previously:

You can blame voters for not supporting a candidate all you like, but as I’ve said many times — no one is ever entitled to any other’s vote; votes must be earned. The failure to garner voter support is not the fault of the electorate; it’s the fault of the candidate and their campaign to find a message that resonates with voters, grow support, and ensure that support translates into votes at the ballot box.

And that’s the cold, hard truth.

In the meantime, on advice of Professor Jacobson, I’ll abstain from entering the ring with Hannity, at least until this baby is born.
