Bernie’s Campaign Manager Blames Hillary for Rise of ISIS
The gloves are coming off.
The battle for the Democratic nomination is finally getting very interesting. Bernie Sanders’ campaign manager Jeff Weaver recently appeared on CNN and while host Carol Costello was (of course) defending Hillary Clinton’s record, Weaver dropped some heavy criticism.
Weaver went after Hillary for her ties to corporate cash, a usual tactic for the Sanders camp, and then blamed her for the rise and spread of ISIS.

There’s not much to add to this clip. Sanders campaign manager Jeff Weaver pretty much blames ISIS on Hillary’s foreign policy, and by extension, suggests her foreign policy as president would benefit the terror group.
I think if you look at her record and campaign, her campaign is funded by millions and millions of dollars from Wall Street and other special interests. She’s made a deal with the devil, and we all know the devil wants his money in the end. So that’s the kind of campaign she’s running. She supported the terrible trade deals which have devastated American manufacturing in the country. She supported the war in Iraq. She continues to have a very, very hawkish foreign policy that has led to the rise and expansion of ISIS throughout the Middle East.
You know, the word “popcorn” is thrown around a lot these days…
It’s refreshing to hear someone on the left making a point conservatives have been making for a long time. Hillary Clinton’s record as secretary of state, which is supposed to be one of her selling points, is actually terrible.
In short, the world is a mess and she deserves some of the blame for that. To hear such criticism coming from the left is very gratifying.

The idiot thinks that Clinton’s “very hawkish foreign policy […] has led to the rise and expansion of ISIS throughout the Middle East”. More proof that however bad Clinton is, Sanders is even worse.

By the same token, the French Revolution led to the Reign of Terror and 20 plus years of war; overthrowing the Czar led to Communism, defeating Germany in World War I is responsible for Hitler; and kicking Japan out of China in 1945 led to the regime of Mao.
Maybe – in fact probably – you’d say the French Revolution was a terrible mistake, but for the other things you’d like to find the error somewhere else. Ditto for getting rid of Saddam Hussein and Mohammer Quaddafi.
I know that the kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the Communist regime in China and Vladimir Putin – and amybe even Kim Jong Un in North Korea would be much pleased with the philosophy enuciated by Jeff Weaver.
And if you do have that philosphy, is it really enough to do nothing? Maybe we should be helping regimes like that stay in power also? Because according to this every dictator always is the lesser evil.
Well, almost every dictator.
Premature evacuation, progressive wars, impulsive regime changes, anti-native policies, and social justice humanitarian disasters have consequences, not limited to the creation and saving of Islamic terrorists and organizations.
You have to admit. Hillary’s logo is an homage to Bill’s big stick foreign policy. Or was her logo an homage to his intern policy and his foreign policy was just a big shtick.
