“I’m not a pundit, I’m a daughter.”
Presumptive Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton is scheduled to testify before the House Select Committee on Benghazi Thursday. Tuesday, Hillary’s daughter Chelsea Clinton joined CBS This Morning to field promote her new book and field softball questions about her mother’s upcoming hearing.
“I think every opportunity my mom has, she proves again and again why she should be our next president. I feel like I have a different stake in the future because of my daughter,” said Chelsea.
Chelsea lead by saying, “I’m not a pundit, I’m a daughter,” only to immediately descend into punditry.
“Americans will really see why so strongly I believe she should be our next president,” Clinton said.
