Branco Cartoon – Chewbacca

Harsh, but fair, Branco.

Well, conservatives are always advocating smaller government. Getting rid of all the state legislatures, governors and courts would be a start. Then, when you really look at it, there is no need for the U.S. Congress or Senate either if the court is going to do all the legislating so we can get rid of them too.

The whole shebang can be run by 9 Supreme court judges. Well, actually…. that might be too many. It seems on pretty much every issue it is 5-4 this or 4-5 that. We know that the 4 conservative judges will cancel the votes of the 4 liberal judges so we can get by with just Kennedy.

Talk about downsizing the government. Just one person, Justice Kennedy, running the whole country.

Sorry, my english is no good. I’m cuban.

The SCOTUS says, February 28/1892, The United States is a Christian Nation.
Why nobody talk about it?
The christians must, and can, fight for it.
We must, and can, fight….. AND WIN.

God Bless America
Simon Jose.

There is an answer to this: the next Conservative president expands the Supreme Court to 19 justices, and appoints 10 of them.
