Democrats Grumble About Obama … in Private

“Detached, flat footed and incompetent.”

Obama’s fumbling of the VA scandal has even caused some Democrats to quietly criticize the president.

Daniel Halper writes at The Weekly Standard…

Democrats Privately Calling Obama ‘Detached,’ ‘Flat Footed,’ ‘Incompetent’

CNN’s John King reports that Democrats are privately calling President Obama “detached,” “flat footed,” and “incompetent.”

“Forget for a moment that Republican outrage,” said King on his CNN show this morning. “More and more Democrats in key 2014 races are calling for the president to get a spine, they say, and fire his Veterans Affairs secretary. And what more and more Democrats are saying privately is scathing, calling the president and his team detached, flat footed, even incompetent.

“Maggie Haberman,” said King turning to a panelist, “that’s what strikes me, what democrats are saying privately in the wakes of the healthcare.gov problems, they see a president who doesn’t want to take command, doesn’t want to act fast. Raising the competence question. Some Democrats, who believe in government, [are saying] this White House doesn’t appear to have its hand on the lever.”

Here’s the related video.

When things like this happen among members of the GOP, the media usually refers to it as a Republican civil war. We’ll see if the Democratic Party gets the same treatment.

It’s more likely that this will be under reported and completely forgotten within a week.

Obama being “detached, flat footed and incompetent” is nothing new and has been going on and has been covered up for by these Dems since Jan. 20, 2009. The only reason these Democrats are complaining now is that in an election year they can’t blame the Repubs for creating a phony scandal on the VA matter.

Actually they had a pretty good hint from his Senate behavior. He was habitually late, appeared detached and bored during hearings and meetings, and rarely offered anything beyond a snide comment. His last two years, he had a worse attendance record than did either Strom Thurmond or Robert Byrd in their last Session – and both of them spent a good bit of time in the hospital as they were dying.

Who and what did these dems think he was? They jumped on the band wagon to support him and if they got burned by not knowing who he was and what he really represented, then that’s on them for being stupid.

As I recall, he was described as a clean-cut Negro who spoke well and smelled nice … great qualifications to be President per the liberal mindset ….

perhaps ValJar is losing it. She’s the one in charge, not him.

H.L. Mencken said it best:

“As democracy is perfected, the office of president represents, more and more closely, the inner soul of the people. On some great and glorious day the plain folks of the land will reach their heart’s desire at last and the White House will be adorned by a downright moron.”

“Incompetent” is a special word in Dem NewSpeak. It doesn’t mean that they share the opinion of non-Dems that Il Duce’s plans for the fundamental transformation of the United States are poorly conceived, sloppily executed, or ineffectively implemented. It means that they think he should be doing more, by means legal or illegal, to ram them through, despite being poorly conceived, sloppily executed, and ineffectively implemented.

Obama is only there to set the stage for Hillary or whoever will be their nominee. They know none of them can cut the mustard.

Everyone else does it in public …

Obama was able to generate a wave of blind enthusiasm among blacks and younger people that he rode to victory. His sophisticated campaign apparatus kept in contact with those supporters online and kept them coming out for the reelection.

It is not very likely these groups’ enthusiasm can be transferred, although they won’t turn to Republicans in big numbers – rather, they will blame the system and go back to disillusioned non-participation which will help the country (since both normally vote Democratic). And without them, it’s hard for Democrats to win elections.

Obama is there so Democrats can claim they are not the racist pigs that history clearly shows them to be. They wanted a certain color of skin so they could say they gave America its first black president; they also want to say they gave America its first Hispanic president. It’s all about rewriting their history, rewriting America’s history, and reshaping America to suit their disgusting notion of what the country should be: race, sex, and cronyism.

Why don’t I believe this?

JEEPERS, I’m like sooooo shocked, Dudes!!

But, then, I realize that I’m like sooooooooo racist to think this loathsome, pathetic, useless, utterly incompetent, Hard Left, moral coward and massive testicular concavity is a blight on American traditions, Liberty-Freedom and Strength For Good on this planet.

JEEPERS, what’s a 32-yr evil neoconservative cabal member to do? Sigh…

Re: trouble in Liberalville, whatever the media admits to, double it.

Another tragic failure brought about by the unrealistically high expectations created by Affirmative Action.
