I call BS on that bumper sticker.

Here is a graph of prices for gas and crude oil. By an amazing coincidence, crude plunged precipitously during the 2008 campaign, and gas prices fell by over 50% from their 2008 high over $4.00.

Before I was angry that Obama bowed to the Saudi despot, I was angry that Bush kissed him.

Real Conservatives™ remain in denial that they share responsibility for the position (hopefully not beyond a point of no return) the country is in.

OK, name a few things conservatives , not Republicans ( there is a difference) did to cause the country being in the situation it is in. Republicans failed when they didn’t stop the mortgages for anyone with a pulse idea that a infamous community organizer sued banks to implement.

If you have some evidence of a conspiracy, please do share. Otherwise “correlation is not causation” and the peak prices of July 2008 actually hurt McCain.

Let’s not forget that oil prices had been steadily going up since 2005 due to rapid word-wide economic expansion & demand while production lagged…which all came crashing down when the bubble burst in 2008. When demand crashes, so do crude prices.

Not like the Left likes low oil prices … the serfs need to give up their independent driving so gas needs to be $5 a gal or more … *necessarily*

(current price at my local gas station $4.29/gal)

If someone calls BS on that bumper sticker because gas prices collapsed together with the economy—we know who was President—we know where the buck stopped—, nolo contendere.

Trying to be cute, gs? Or just trolling?

Because if you *feel* the bubble bursting starting in ’07 was nothing but BOOOOSH! then, dear, you have more issues than can be addressed in a comment section.

Ad hominem vituperation which does not engage my point.

Way too many “conservatives” would rather act out hate than win elections.

HA HA. Your own graph shows the bumper stick to be 100% accurate. Try again, troll…
