Zimmerman Jury Selection LIVE — All-Day Coverage

Zimmerman Jury Selection LIVE — All-Day Coverage

Today we will again be covering the Zimmerman Jury Selection Day Two live, all day, along with a separate end-of-day wrap-up post. To catch up on the lastest events in State of Florida v. Zimmerman, click here to take a look at last night’s wrap-up post. As usual we will be maintaining live-stream video coverage, just below, as well as rolling Twitter coverage from selected commentators, including me, at the bottom of this page. In between the video stream and Twitter feed I’ll post regular updates throughout the day to note any events of particular significance. At day’s end I will put up a separate wrap-up post discussing major events of the day, and their implications for the case moving forward. Thanks for joining us!

Live Stream Video

Tuesday, June 11

Court is scheduled to begin at 9AM, although typically there are a few minutes of non-public court business before the live TV coverage begins in earnest.

B-35 probably will not be selected. He’s too damned intelligent for the prosecution. He sounds rather conservative because he’s familiar with the issues, gets his news from more than one source and seems to think for himself. He sounds like he would be fair if he’s sincere in what he’s saying.

If that’s the case, he’ll be lucky to make it out alive, let alone merely be challenged.

Truly, I wish George Zimmerman the best. Looks like he’s been comforting his anguish with eating and not able to work out. Depression and stress will do that to a person. (as I know all too well).

I hope George Zimmerman will take care of himself and his lawyers arrange a place for him to get out and get fresh air and exercise and perhaps get therapy. He may be suffering from ‘Survivor Guilt’.

This was not his fault. He’s not a violent aggressor like Trayvon was…but a man who loves justice, mercy and truth.

May God bless, keep and comfort you, George Zimmerman.
