My native state of Michigan went Right-To-Work last year, which flat amazes. Maybe someday it will become a Right-To-Think state too.
If I were a visitor from another planet who had access to actual evidence, measureable data, science research, statistics, etc. – and read these and other stories about the policies and pronouncements of the presidents and provosts of academia, I’d conclude they were certifiably insane, corrupt and/or being coerced by some outside force.
