I was just on Nightside with Dan Rea on WBZ 1030 in Boston, a Super Station which covers all of Massachusetts and then some, talking about my latest research on Elizabeth Warren (check back in the morning for more on that).
I was pleased to announce the creation of a new website The Elizabeth Warren File , www.warrenfile.com.
The new website, which for now is just a static holding page, will be a central repository for links to the massive amount of research done by a variety of people during this campaign, including the team led by Cherokee genealogist Twila Barnes, Michael Patrick Leahy, and others. Of course, it also will link to the posts at Legal Insurrection about Warren.
The topics covered will include Warren’s:
- CLAIM TO BE NATIVE AMERICAN, MINORITY AND A WOMAN OF COLOR
- USE OF MINORITY STATUS DURING CAREER
- REPRESENTATION OF LARGE CORPORATIONS
- PRACTICE OF LAW WITHOUT BEING LICENSED IN MASSACHUSETTS
- ASSORTED HYPOCRISIES AND SELF-AGGRANDIZEMENTS
The site will take some time to build, and will not be a blog format with comments and multiple daily updates. Rather, it will be a resource bringing together information, updated as new information becomes available.
The site will go live regardless of the outcome of the election, because regardless of the election Elizabeth Warren will continue to be an important public political figure.
Whether Warren continues in public life as a Senator, a candidate once again, or merely as a demagogic progressive agitator, there needs to be a central place where other researchers can find the accumulated wisdom gathered during this campaign season.
That place will be The Warren File.

Scott Brown was on Howie Carr radio show this evening. He sounded depressed. He did not sound like a guy on the eve of re-election. Maybe he was tired

Does this mean, Professor, that we’re looking at SENATOR Warren come Wednesday?
To those giving me a thumbs down, please rest assured that I don’t want to see a Senator Warren. But I’m concerned about the polls, and I’m concerned that the Professor would spend valuable honey-badger time setting this up unless he thinks we’re going to need the site in the future.
If it meets with success, might I suggest broadening the content to include the infamous such as Holder and other assorted unsavory characters.
This country is supposed to be a nation of laws but there are obvious exceptions as evidenced in the current administration.
Getting back to Warren, she has absolutely NOTHING to recommend her to any position of responsibility let alone one that incluedes the public trust…
We needed a site like this on Barack Hussein Obama. We still do.

Those hypocrisies, I presume, include her boast that she created the intellectual foundation for OWS: a boast she has not been repeating since OWS’s behavior has become too egregious to whitewash.
2. stevewhitemd, you’re good with me, of course. Neither of us wants Warren to win. Afaic if somebody isn’t concerned about this too-close-to-call election in a deep blue state, they are in denial.
Last month I read about Wendy Rosen in Maryland who was running for public office but was forced to quit because she had committed voter fraud. I started wondering about EW’s daughter, the one who lives in California but decided they needed to send voter information to welfare recipents in MA and wondered how many states she was registered to vote in. Then I really began to wonder about EW, does she own property in more than one place? How many places has she voted in? I’m not really sure where to find the answers to all these questions, can someone help me? Thanks!
I was glad to hear that you are “Announcing the Elizabeth Warren Pile” a place where the truth about Czarina Liz comes together into one big bad putrid compost, a compost made more foul each time Warren spews self-directed smarminess to gain likeability.
Hopefully the stench of the exposed truth about Liz will roil the senses of voters and good people everywhere. The ill wind of her decomposing hubris and her festering folklore fantasy should make any truth-breathing person resolve to stay far, far away from the source of the rot.
It depends on the split voting. So many people vote Democrat, but if point by point on the public policy of Warren and the Democratic Party platform, the majority of individuals disagree strongly with her. Still they will vote for whoever the Democrat is, that is just the way it is here in Massachusetts.
Sorry. Don’t take it personally, but still there are major concerns in regards to her integrity that will follow her to Washington if it may be. The Mass/New Jersey/Texas BBO and Harvard will do nothing, so it is up to the Native American Nations to do address the issue there. Who knows, based on precedent, with legal and educational institutions ignoring the ethical issues I wouldn’t be surprised in Twila Barnes will get thrown under the bus by Native American leaders.

I have asked several times, what she is supposed to have done that would be considered helping the middle class? Not once have I seen an answer. IMO, Elizabeth Warren is not qualified to serve at any level in government.
