Dear Hillary supporters, get rid of the fairy tale

Dear Hillary supporters, get rid of the fairy tale

Watch out Hillary, Obama’s election bus is heading right for you

Remember the “fairy tale“? And the race card?

Remember how Hillary was “likable enough“?

Why are ANY supporters of Hillary and Bill supporting the person who is about to throw Hillary under the Libya bus?

You mean nothing to him.  Why does he mean anything to you?

The fresh body parts you see under the bus?

Just look away from the blood and gore. Those are just a few disposable members of the intelligence community. Many of whom live in the electorally unimportant state of Virginia.

Tell all your friends in Egypt and Israel, too ….

Don’t you miss this bus … cuz if you do … I’ll feel sorry, sorry for you ….

I bet the day after Nov. 6th, regardless of the outcome of the election, Hillary is going to quit.

So, start spreading the rumor folks, because she won’t do it before the election because of party loyalty.

In answer to the question, “Who’s on first?” the answer is Carney … and he’s not sure why he finds himself standing in left field … with Biden behind him yelling, “It’s mine, I’ve got it! Hahaha smirk smirk”

State seems to have had enough in the budget for Chevy Volts:

http://www.washingtontimes.com/news/2012/oct/10/kelly-libya-security-cut-while-vienna-embassy-gain/#ixzz296JdxXXp

Hillary could save herself IF she argued against diverting funds from embassy security to “green” initiatives intended to do nothing more than try to help rescue the administration from the overall disaster that is their green jobs/alternative energy policies.

One of the traits of the narcissist is to be personally exploitative.

It’s not smart to antagonize State or the intelligence community. They are populated by smart, well connected people who specialize in moving information around without leaving any incriminating fingerprints.

I love the smell of confusion and desperation in the morning … and the aroma of some nice polls mixed in … it smells … it smells like victory.

The national press is in the tank for Obama but the regional press may be another story. Columbus is a Democrat town. Also consider that the column that made Lara Logan’s devastating speech about the administration lying about the Taliban and Al Qaeda a national story in the blogsphere was written by Laura Washington. She’s a very well known black progressive journalist in Chicago- alumni of the Harold Washington administration; former editor of The Chicago Reporter, an investigative journal on race and poverty; now columnist for the Sun Times, political analyst for a local network affiliate and a contributor to NPR.

My take is the regional press is saying it’s time to start criticizing Obama. Watch for more as they prepare endorsements. Once the criticism starts it won’t stop.

Hillary reminds me of the crime lord with a conscience who met the crime lord without one, and suddenly wasn’t lord any more. You could see it in her face near the end, when she accused Obama of lying about her record. Ironic justice, really.

But this is where we are in America — the American ideal of achievement and success has been totally inverted. The brass ring now goes to the biggest and most audacious liar. You were champ for while, Hillary, but no one beats Obama. Now the real question: can we?

2nd Ammendment Mother | October 12, 2012 at 1:00 pm

Someone made a great point last night that the Administration has not been the source of disseminating information on Benghazi – rather, the intelligence community has put reporters on speed dial to get the information out to the public and the administration has been forced to “acknowledge” those reports and correct the timeline.

(Can’t remember if I saw it on the blogs, or the post debate coverage – debate drinking games can kill you. Thank goodness, no one foresaw the “joker grin”…. I’d have gone down with alcohol poisoning.

2nd Ammendment Mother | October 12, 2012 at 1:04 pm

And forgot to toss out IMHO – Bill Clinton has the ability to single handedly destroy the Obama administration. With a smile on his face and a knife in the back and a couple of well scripted public sentences, he can effectively separate Obama from the Dem Party and the base votes…. Obama better think long and hard about the path he sent Carney on this morning, because it can and will end his administration for once and for all.

You’re right, but I wouldn’t hold my breath. He’s going to wait to see if he needs to do that, or if he can turn it to his advantage.

creeper in reply to Valerie. | October 12, 2012 at 2:58 pm

You’re probably right, Valerie. Bill’s the consummate politician. But I think Obama’s accusation of racism has been festering for four years, never mind his theft of delegates from Hillary.

Clearly, they would both love to be back in the White House. That’s going to affect any moves they make.

I don’t see a path to that happening, though. They kicked the can four years down the road by signing on to the worst administration ever in 2008. Time is running out and Hillary looks like she’s way past her shelf life. Should they arrive at the conclusion that it’s a lost cause things could get interesting.

ColoradoTim in reply to creeper. | October 12, 2012 at 10:18 pm

Yep. I agree 100%. Hillary’s shelf life is done. Father-Time has a bias against her. She’d never rouse the youth vote like Barry did in 2008.

Bill Clinton’s DNC participation is inexplicable except that his ego has taken over where his brain used to be. Meanwhile, Hillary Clinton was not qualified to hold the position of Secretary of State and that has been borne out.

Casey in reply to janitor. | October 12, 2012 at 10:56 pm

Dunno. How much of that was her, and how much was Obama shoving his crap down her throat?

If she was staying onboard for a future shot at the title, I expect any loyalty she might have had for Obama is dead gone.

I’m going to say a pre-election resignation from her signals a massive loss for Obama. She & Bill know how to read polls, by now.

“According, therefore, to the Vice President our intelligence capabilities are not sophisticated or truthful enough to report accurately on an attack on a US facility by some two hundred heavily armed men in the middle of a city in a friendly country, but sophisticated and truthful enough to monitor intricate details of a hidden nuclear program undertaken in a very remote and heavily guarded location in the middle of an extremely hostile nation.”

Most welcome. DiploMad 1.0 was a great blog and 2.0 IS indeed a great blog.

Hillary Supporters: Remember how euphoric you felt when the Huffington Post ran this endearing photo of Hillary ogling Bill while he made his 2012 DNC stump speech for Obama (but we all know that his stump speech was for YOU for 2016, not for Barry.

http://www.huffingtonpost.com/news/hillary-clinton-dnc

You could almost feel Hillary asking Huma to pass the popcorn and to definitely start checking out the price of 2016 bumper stickers.

Such a shame that Barry, Jay and Joe are all throwing your chocolate chip cookie baker under the bus.

As far as I’m concerned, these Fellow Travelers can engage in their own personal French Revolution, and commence to chopping off each others heads.

To me, it seems the bigger story in that Obama is, once again, throwing our intelligence community under the bus-

Remember when he and Hillary and Pelosi did that last time–right after taking office?

No?

Reminders will come shortly, when “leaks” start making headlines.

Ragspierre in reply to Browndog. | October 12, 2012 at 1:40 pm

In fact, Corker explained that the U.S. government had information for some time about the internal security breakdown in Libya. He noted that Foreign Relations Committee had hearings in which the Libyan security situation was referenced. But the administration, Corker believes, still clung to the story that Libya was doing just fine. He said, “That narrative is the reason you are seeing the administration acting the way it is.”

    http://www.washingtonpost.com/blogs/right-turn/post/sen-corker-obama-must-have-known-what-happened/2012/10/12/92637e40-147b-11e2-be82-c3411b7680a9_blog.html

Seems as though the intel types were happy to talk to Corker.

Maybe they’ve heard about the attitude of the regime?

‘You are asking for the sun, moon and the stars.’ And my response to him – his name was Jim – ‘Jim, you know what makes most frustrating about this assignment? It is not the hardships, it is not the gunfire, it is not the threats. It is dealing and fighting against the people, programs and personnel who are supposed to be supporting me. And I added (sic) it by saying, ‘For me the Taliban is on the inside of the building.’”

-regional security officer in Libya, Eric Nordstrom

Looks like a Catch-22.

Obama can’t throw Hillary under the bus, because it keeps Benghazi in the news, and she still has a loyal following among Democratics.

Hillary can’t cut Obama off at the knees on her way out, because it keeps Benghazi in the news.

There is only one solution.

hint, hint, MSM

ALman in reply to Browndog. | October 12, 2012 at 1:48 pm

Oh, there’s another solution. Instead of throwing one another under the bus, let the whole d*** crew of them “get on” the bus. Then, ride to some nation that would be more than willing to accept them and their transformational ways, as well as their money (not ours)!

Somebody call the PUMA gals and tell them we’ll gladly take their votes!

Insufficiently Sensitive | October 12, 2012 at 1:43 pm

Apparently Obama and Biden still have their Obliviators switched on – the ones installed to enable them to pretend they knew nothing of Eric Holder’s Fast and Furious malfeasance.

Sorry, Barry and Joe, ignorance is no excuse when you have your free pass to Air Force 1. The buck stops with you, and if you didn’t know, your executive incompetence demands that the American public ties a can to your tail and sends you howling down the road to retirement.

Obama has to dance with what brung ‘im.

If the whole thing had been dealt with in the first three days – we had a security failure, we have identified the culprits (sorry, Ms Lamb et al) and we’ve adjusted their employment status accordingly – he could have saved Hillary.

Too late now.

The administration either (a) owns the failure and the coverup/misdirection themselves or (b) points the finger at Hillary for the whole mess.

Right now we have a long list of Obama monkeys (Hi Jay! Hi Stephanie! And a few others) literally flinging their poop to see whether it’ll stick. So far they’re not doing too well. And those that may gain a little adhesion might leave their odor a little too close to the cage (what happens if the ‘intelligence’ finger pointing lands on CIA and Petraeus decides to walk?)

JEM in reply to JEM. | October 12, 2012 at 1:53 pm

Let me clarify: there is no way in the world one should expect Obama or Biden to have known at the time about the security requests from Benghazi. That should have been handled in State and, after a couple rejections, ended up in Hillary’s lap, but there’s no reason it should have gone or been known of any higher.

This is clearly a State failure, and clearly Hillary’s fault, but once again if they’d chopped a few underlings’ heads early they could have limited the damage to her.

The nonsense regarding the video is where things fall apart for Obama. He embraced a lie, whether it was cooked up in the White House (it seems so stupid that I can easily believe it’d have come from Donilon or Clapper) or at State. And they stuck to their lie long, long after it was clear that it was just that.

The administration bet on the stupidity of the American media consumer, and they came too close to getting away with it.

Browndog in reply to JEM. | October 12, 2012 at 2:09 pm

      unless…

It is/was the policy of the Obama administration to have little to no American footprint in Libya.

creeper in reply to JEM. | October 12, 2012 at 3:41 pm

JEM, Hillary’s not stupid. Wouldn’t she have covered herself by mentioning those security requests in a briefing/memo to the White House?

We know the relationship between Hillary and Barry is not a warm one. Certainly he does not trust her. It seems reasonable to suspect that he kept her on a short leash and second-guessed everything she did. (Perhaps that’s the reason for her announced intention to retire.) I can’t see him giving her that kind of leeway. And I sure can’t see her leaving herself hanging out to dry like this.

On the face of it you’re correct…the blame lies squarely at State’s door.

Unless that door was left open and led to the White House.

Casey in reply to JEM. | October 12, 2012 at 11:02 pm

JEM, your scenario has the POTUS totally clueless about a very important hot spot in a very volatile area.

Are you going to tell me NONE of his intel agencies had anything to say about what was going on over there? Do you think the different agencies don’t talk to each other?

Maybe he was listening to the ladies from The View that morning?

Dude,

I know internet polls are not “scientific,” but the poll at Yahoo! when I go to my email account, over who won last night’s debate has over 575,000 responses.

That’s a huge sample, even for an internet poll. And Yahoo! always slants the news to the left.

With over 575,000 people having voted over who won last night’s debate:

Ryan 54%

Biden 46%

Jabberin’ Jabbin’ Joe may smirk like a butterfly … but he’s a bleeder. Like so many pasty Irish fighters … he may have a fighting lion’s heart … but he’s a bleeder. A bleedin’ heart will only get you so far when you’re acting like a bleepin’ idiot.

Small caveat about statistics: even a very large sample size can give a false result, if sample taken is not reflective of the total sample space.

In other words, if 25% Ds & 75% Rs respond to a national online poll, you’ll probably get a skewed result. Ditto for the reverse. In fact, I’ll go so far to say that open online polls are prone to false results exactly because they are so prone to manipulation.

This was Obama’s schedule on Sept 12. Unless he was just stopping in to chew the fat he knew or could have known:
He made some remarks at the WH on Sept. 12, then proceed over to the State Department around 11:00 a.m.. His public schedule doesn’t say how long he stayed, but it was surely long enough to personally get some answers if he wanted them.

We could see this coming 4 years ago: The parallels between the Carter administration and the Obama administration are sometimes stunning. It’s déjà vu all over again.

But whereas Carter was (1) a ideological/partisan hack and (2) inept, in that order, Obama is in order (1) corrupt, (2) a ideological/partisan hack, and (3) inept. Carter was basically honest, utterly hapless, but nevertheless basically honest. Obama has no such redeeming quality.

NC Mountain Girl in reply to G Joubert. | October 12, 2012 at 3:17 pm

Carter failed in Iran because shortly after the hostages were taken he met with all their families and promised to bring the loved ones home safe. He became fixated on keeping that promise when the national interest dictated a harsher response. Obama places himself first on all occasions. The only reason he cares about any casualties is it looks bad politically if he doesn’t.

Correct. Remember when Bill Clinton was describing the SEAL Team 6 raid, Bill said that it would have gone badly for Obama if it had failed. There was absolutely no mention of how badly it would have gone for the SEALs.

Hey – let’s take them at their word – The State Dept knew it was a terrorist attack almost right away but somehow the information didn’t get to Obama or Biden. Think about that for a moment. Imagine it – a terrorist attack assassinates our ambassador and somehow the POTUS is not given that info. What does that say about how this administration is running things. Hillary was right – Obama won’t take a 3AM call.

I know last night was kinda wild. But…but…he says he still respects me!
— Hilary

As great a contrivance as ‘Barack Obama.’ And not nearly as smart.

As corrupt as any sleazy politician in the past 100 years.

As inept as any Kennedy.

And let’s not forget her seminal book, “It Takes A Village Idiot:”

Come on, boys and girls. You KNOW how this thing is going to play out. You’ve seen it time and time again.

The administration will stick to its position, stonewalling left and right, regardless of what happens. Aided and abetted by the MSM, the thing will die a natural death. Some starlet will get a DUI, some nut job will open fire, a plane will crash or a train will derail, and that’s it for this news cycle.

Move along folks, there’s nothing to see here.

It’s a damn sad state of affairs, but that’s the way it is, Friday, October 12, 2012.

Carney is a piece of work. He seems to be the reincarnation of our old friend Baghdad Bob from days gone by.
From other types of Presidents I could accept as believable/plausable that requests for added security in Libya never got beyond Hillary. To believe that a control freak President was unaware of the situation in Libya just defies reality.
Are we to believe Obama and Biden didnt know what was happening because somehow they werent involved with granular detail? Sure seems inconsistant with a President so well informed about a silly video that he didnt understand the security details.
Maybe intel briefings would have been a good idea rather than another campaign event.

Nomatter what the spin or who eventually gets thrown under the bus the Administration cant win with the issue.
Look at the finger pointing going on:
*Its the small tiny miority of sensitive Muslims
*Its the video not the deranged terrorists
*Its the Intel community
*Its the State Department
*Its a delayed reaction to Bush’s Foreign Policy

This is what happens when small minded incompetent inept, let alone ulterior unscrupulous, even insidious motives of people who come into govt power and authority, they destroy the very core and system of US Constitutional governance, and along with it, have allied themselves with America’s enemies from without, for they have become the enemies of America from within.

Now, the unscrupulous devious sinister political wolves, ie; Obama and the Clinton’s, are eating each other.. They deserve each other, and both will get what they deserve in the end.

What I don’t get is why billary has supporters. It is a criminal commie with no redeeming qualities that I can discern.

A: One is a shrill, incompetent, never-was, pampered, narcissistic, mean-spirited, nasty, self-centered, egotistical, shiftless, Marxist ideologue out to destroy America by any means possible. Oh, wait. There really is no difference…
