Actually, no one cares what you think

From reader @SGLawrence, taken while on vacation in Woodstock, NY (which, by the way, is not where “Woodstock” took place, that would be Bethel):

For your amusement. What struck me about this back end display in Woodstock, New York today was what’s missing–I mean, there are so many bases covered–We are the 99%, Save the Chimps, Criminalize Fracking, Impeach Bush, Defeat Bush, I’m a Defender, Clean Up Elections…but not one little lowly sticker for Barack Obama–not even one single “Yes We Can.”

Congratulations on being Elizabeth Warren’s favorite Right Wing Extremist.

Good…let’s defend wolves, but abort the innocent. Ohmygoodness, does this driver not see the irony?

How sickening, how utterly revolting.

    Prestige – Hyundai?

We’ll have to keep saying this until people get it: the main goal of the Leftist environmentalist is human extinction. Birth control, euthanasia, health care that declares some people unworthy of saving, removing fertile land from production, placing land off limits to drilling, saving chimps and killing people, telling people what their caloric intake must be, the UN’s recent call for economic contraction. There is not a Liberal/Leftist idea that is not welcome in this White House – it is just a matter of how to package some of them.

I forgot to mention the “Keep Abortion Legal” bumper sticker in my list so thank you, herm2416, for pointing out its inclusion on the bumper. Hope someone knows the answer to the Bonus question.

Ok, I’m going to say “vote Bush/Cheney”! Are you going to give the answer? : )

Thank you for your kind compliment, btw : )

Bonus Question — what is the bumper sticker which is covered over?

I can’t really make out what’s under there. But if they believed in truth in advertising, it would read:

I’M BRAINDEAD
AND I VOTE!

Haha! That would make a great removable sticker to place on cars like this.

Be my guest, LHC, and royalty-free! I’m printing up a few hundred of them myself.

BTW, the version I’m printing will have the Obama logo in place of the letter “O” in the word “VOTE.” This will serve 2 purposes: #1, it will stop Obama-supporters from removing the stickers from their bumpers and putting them next to the “Romney” stickers on their neighbors’ cars (thus preventing a “boomerang” effect); and #2, some Obama supporters are so stupid, that as soon as they see the Obama logo, they’ll assume the bumper sticker is pro-Obama and leave it on!

Remember, mocking humor is the best assault on Leftism…

Hey, I carry some of the small, half-sized LBGT rainbow bumper stickers in my car. When some idiot is parked across spaces, I have been known to surreptitiously slip one on their bumper. And if I get my ass kicked for doing it, it’s a hate crime! 😉

Howard Dean? On the bumper sticker?

Stuck and stupid and in a time warp. Bush?

Whatever the “Impeach Bush” bumper sticker is covering, I love the fact that they made sure the exclamation point was still visible. Isn’t that what it’s all about?

Wooooooo, good eye! I didn’t see that at first. Well done!

I’m looking forward to the answer!

I think the hidden one says:

Vote to imprison all those gun-totin’ bible-clinging right wing-nuts, save the whales, eat vegan, get out of all other countries and stay home where we belong I’m a brilliant person but no one listens to me because I’m such a stuffed shirt so I use bumper stickers to deeply express myself

MaggotAtBroadAndWall | June 22, 2012 at 8:56 am

The only national figure I can think of who someone on the far left may have once supported but later despised with every ounce of his being to such an extent that they’d want to hide a bumper sticker expressign support for the figure is Joe Lieberman. I did a few Google Image searches for Gore and Lieberman bumper stickers but couldn’t find anything to support that theory.

My next guess was that it’s a sticker supporting someone seeking statewide or local office, or a statewide issue like gay marriage. But as I thought about it some more, based on the assortment of stickers, I get the feeling the car owner thinks of himself as a really big profound thinker who can’t be bothered concerning himself with state and local elections and issues. If it’s not something that has national, global, or galactic consequences, the owner of the 5 to 10 year old Hyundai can’t be bothered.

the other sticker might be “Vote out BUSH” … or some such thing.

Then they had to change it to impeach Bush.

Henry Hawkins | June 22, 2012 at 9:34 am

Bonus Question reply…. the pink lettering suggests a LGBT message, the ‘v’ may be the first letter of ‘vote’, anti-Bush sentiment is automatic with such a person, so I’m guessing the hidden bumper sticker says:

TRIM YOUR BUSH!

Smile, all. Barry-O lost EIGHT POINTS OVERNIGHT on the Rasmussen Daily tracking poll…from -14 to -22 in one day.

It will only get worse. Rasmussen runs a three-day rolling average and these numbers reflect only one day of responses since he played the executive privilege card.

The Left is so smart, so nuanced and so incredibly evolved, they can render the complexities of every single issue into a single bumper sticker. At this rate, given their frenetic pace of evolution, they’ll have it down to a single word before too long.

On that note, I have a response from the Good Guys: OIIOHH = Obama Is In Over His Head

LukeHandCool | June 22, 2012 at 10:27 am

So many inane slogans … so few rear bumpers.

DINORightMarie | June 22, 2012 at 12:18 pm

For the covered bumper sticker:

Vote for (Hillary) Clinton?

From my bookmarks collection here’s one for everyone.
Rasmussens “Presidential Approval Index” for Bush bottomed out days before the Obama Inauguration at -30.
After 8 years, relentless “Bad Economy”, 911, Iraq, TSA, etc.

Obama acheived this in his first term!
August 23 2011……… -26

Not a record, from what I saw on the recorded history (the record was -26 back in Aug. 2011).

I don’t know how he doesn’t have a -45 rating, given how bad things are for most of the people who have phones…… 😉
