I don’t think that means what you think it means…
Minding the gap reveals a gap in the mind.
Mind the gap is a sign you see in the tubes(subway) of London. It means watch your step so you don’t step into the gap between the train and the floor.
I guess it could be a metaphor for a lot of things…
It’s been co-opted by the income inequality crowd. There are tee shirts too.
