I’m not going to argue with the owner of this car. But I think the quote is:
“I have a right to nothing which another has a right to take away.” — Thomas Jefferson to Uriah Forrest, 1787. Papers, 12:477.
I could be wrong. Did Jefferson use the actual words on the bumper sticker?

I was unable to find the Jefferson citation as worded on the bumper sticker. I think Joni Mitchell said it. No wait. That was “don’t it always seem to go you don’t know what you’ve got till it’s gone.”
Possibly a spin on this:
“The beauty of the second amendment is that it will not be needed until they try to take it.” Thomas Jefferson (1762-1826)
