Who we gonna believe, Harry Mason Reid or Barack Hussein Obama? Since I’m not a racist, and Harry is a White oppressor and Barack is a champion warrior of middle-class workers, I’ll believe the President. It’s like, has he ever given me any reason to doubt him, ever?

Sorry, I need to go eat my dinner. Blood sugar must be low, causing sarcastic gushing. Since Governor “suspend elections” gets in trouble for telling a joke, I hope y’all will forgive me for my attempt at humor just before dinner.

I read the full transcript & Perdue was not joking. It was a speculation that was not remotely going to happen but that decisions must be made . She did not say the current congress could not do it but that they were fearful of re election prospects if they did.

But you are right in that the best jokes are the truthy ones.

Yes, I agree, she wasn’t joking. Actually, there we another joke on us. Other than by readers of the alternate media, such as this, did she get in trouble? Did any national leader denounce her? Did anyone in the popular media whip up hysteria about how out of control she is? Since I don’t watch The View, we’ll have to ask someone who did, was she pilloried there? No. I believe the correct expression to describe how most of America responded to her outrageous suggestion is “crickets”.

Somehow too many of these “jokes” just aren’t funny at all.

Harry Reid is clearly a racist.

You just can’t make this stuff up.

Damn those Republicans who just want to block Obama and his agenda because they hate Black People. Oh wait! Reed is a Democrat, isn’t he?! I don’t understand! Somebody help me.

there’s more important issues for harry to deal with…like bikepaths…but not until after he gets back from his break. priorities, man, priorities!

This whole finger pointing exercise is unusually lame. Only the pols are keeping score. The more either side whines, the more the voters think OMG .. they have lost their minds.
On top of that, there is no way to keep this going, so we know there will be more, probably with the appropriations bills.
Lost in all of this are the unemployed. The really don’t give a flying felgercarb who looks politically better. They just know that the politicians don’t care about them, only their votes. More sauce for the goose.
