Ron Paul Buys California GOP Straw Poll

Ron Paul Buys California GOP Straw Poll

The Sacramento Bee reports that the Ron Paul campaign cut a $26,000 check to fund most of Ron Paul’s votes in the recent California Straw poll at the California Republican Party convention.  Participation cost around $100 per vote, and Paul won with 374 votes.

Good.  The CA GOP could use the money.  Besides, the joke’s on the Paulians.  Despite many being purists and holding views far outside the Republican mainstream, they gave $37,000 or so to the Republican Party in return for a completely meaningless win.

I think a person just on the eligible 35 years should step up for the Presidency. They need to be off the planet type -who can subsequently run in the next 12 campaigns. That will take us to 2060.

A special debate spot should be permanently booked. This could be adaptable through the ages from mini tramp to exercise ball to lounge chair to sofa to recliner & finally a Zimmer frame podium thing.

Ron Paul needs to be replaced. Somebody please step up.
