Oh well,a blog has benefits a top 5 law review does not. There are no instalanches in the Stanford Law Review,for example. If there were who would care but a few other rhesus monkeys who might stick around to read once they saw a 20 page PDF file ready to load at the link. Publication in the review would preclude the opportunity to be linked in the New Blog section as well.
