Apparent Sweetheart Plea Deal for New Black Panther Bombers

Apparent Sweetheart Plea Deal for New Black Panther Bombers

New Black Panther alleged terrorists plead to 7 years; had faced decades of prison time.

It looks like two members of the St. Louis Chapter of the New Black Panthers who planned multiple terrorist bombings around Ferguson, MO last year have been gifted a sweetheart plea deal from Obama’s Department of Justice, based upon reports by Fox News/Associated Press and the St. Louis Post-Dispatch.

Today Olajuwon Ali Davis (on left in the featured picture above) and Brandon Orlando Baldwin (aka Brandon Muhammad, on right in picture), both 22,  changed their plea of “not guilty” to accept a plea arrangement in which they will each serve 7 years in Federal prison.

That means both men will be back on the street and free to continue terrorizing innocent people while still under the age of 30.

If convicted of the charges initially brought against them they would each have faced decades in prison.

The men were originally charged with plotting to kill Prosecuting Attorney Robert McCulloch and then-Ferguson Police Chief Thomas Jackson, and planning to blow up a Ferguson police station, police vehicles, and other area targets including (according to law enforcement sources) the famous St. Louis Gateway Arch monument.

Their plan for the Arch was to plant a bomb on the observation deck.

These intended terrorists were in the process of accumulating the necessary quantity of bombs in the days leading up to the non-indictment of Police Officer Darren Willson.

Fortunately they had to put their operations on hold when they ran out of funds, and had to wait until the EBT card owned by the girlfriend of one of the men was replenished.  They were picked up by authorities shortly thereafter, before they could put any part of the terrorist plan into effect.

Color me utterly disgusted.

Lenin supposedly said “The capitalists will sell us the rope we use to hang them.”

In this case, we were providing the EBT benefits these pukes were using to bomb us.

I say that domestic bombers should be required to fund their own explosives.

And they should be put away permanently. With a nice shot. Raise the costs…

Maybe 7 years was the lowest sentence they could offer without raising suspicion.

Which would make them eligible for parole consideration in what … just less than a year? Rags, you’re more on this than I am, what’s your take on the parole equation?

Missouri CCW | June 2, 2015 at 2:57 pm

Yeah, bomb making materials should be prohibited from being purchased with EBT cards….just sayin’

#BLACKTERRORISTSMATTER

What’s that sentence actually likely to be? 3-3 1/2 years?

Federal sentences are mostly actual time–some very small amount off for good behavior, but nothing like the 30%-60% breaks seen at the state level. My vague recollection is Fed inmates can earn a single day reduction in sentence for each month of good conduct, so something like 12 days a year–so roughly 3% reduction, something like that.

They’ll walk in January 2016, along with thousands of other disadvantaged and misunderstood prisoners, when obama cranks up his racist pardon machine.

Don’t worry. They’ll be out well before that.

If you think Obama’s got “more flexibility” now, just wait until the months after the next Presidential election.

Fasten your safety belts, keep all arms and legs in the vehicle at all times, and if you’re on the jungle safari portion of the trip for the love of all that’s holy don’t roll down the window and try to pet the lions.

This is great news. The state is now free to go after them and when they are found guilty, to throw the book at them. Plus, the big prize: Jugears cannot pardon them on state criminal matters.

To prevent any future attacks on the Gateway Arch, they should post a little sign at the entrance stating “This is a bomb-free zone.”

Humm, now who wants to bet that if the Justice Department does decide to charge anyone in the Ferguson Police Dept. with a crime that they will have the book thrown at them and not offered any plea deal. Any takers?

Too bad, but the fate of two punks pales beside the fact Obama has already appointed over 600 federal judges to lifetime terms. Those judges will still be distorting the Constitution when our great-grandchildren grow up.

Elections matter.

Ah. Seven years of subsidized recruiting for the NBPP…

The EBT card…is there anything it can’t do?

Gremlin1974 | June 2, 2015 at 5:17 pm

One question, was the “girlfriend” who owned the EBT card charged as an accessory?

inspectorudy | June 2, 2015 at 7:03 pm

Aren’t these the same two men who threatened voters in Philly? Anyway, they will have all of the right credentials to get elected in the Demorat party when they get out.

“This morning while at the bus stop in Boston, my youngest brother Usaama Rahim was waiting for the bus to go to his job. He was confronted by three Boston Police officers and subsequently shot in the back three times. He was on his cell phone with my dear father during the confrontation needing a witness. His last words to my father who heard the shots were: I can’t breathe!” Rahim wrote on his Facebook page. “While at the hospital, Usaama Rahim died! From Allah we come, and to Allah we return.”

See? These guys are GOOD. They know how to use the Collectivist “narratives”! This one contained at LEAST two!

His brother (who was armed with a K-bar) was “shot in the back”.

His last words: “I can’t breath”. Which is very likely after the LEOs blew his lungs to ribbons, which was nothing but a public service.

The Black Panthers could kidnap a military deserter and trade him for Olajuwon Ali Davis and Brandon Orlando Baldwin. Yeah, that’s the ticket!

If released early to parole, I think they should be assigned long hours of Community Service to local Tea Party groups.

Apparently the friend of the boston bomber who hid evidence got 6.
