Who among us is surprised by this report by Alana Goodman at The Washington Free Beacon about Team Billary trying to impress upon the NY Times the importance of LEAVE HILLARY ALONE!
Hillary to New York Times: Back Off:
Some of Hillary Clinton’s closest aides blasted the New York Times for what they said was unfair coverage of the former first lady during a recent secret meeting with the paper’s Washington bureau, the Washington Free Beacon has learned.
Sources said the meeting included Clinton advisers Philippe Reines and Huma Abedin, as well as Times Washington bureau chief Carolyn Ryan and national political reporter Amy Chozick, who has been on the Clinton beat for the paper.
During the closed-door gathering, Clinton aides reportedly griped about the paper’s coverage of the potential 2016 candidate, arguing that Clinton has left public office and not be subjected to harsh scrutiny, according to a source familiar with the discussions.

I love how this icon of feminism always invokes the Scarlett O’Hare rule. She is to be above criticism due to her sex even as she slanders all her rivals. I wonder if Bill shares Rhett’s sense of humor. In the book Rhett once suggested Scarlett call her latest business venture the Caveat Emporium.
Electing a unqualified black man has really hurt race relations in this country. Black people may take pride in the election but Obama’s ineptitude has hurt their cause.
Feminists should consider whether electing an inept Hillary Clinton will help… or hurt.. women.
The Times should immediately stop all coverage of Hillary. If there is a story about her that fits to print, they should refer to her as “She Who Must Not Be Named.”

I think it is entirely appropriate for Hillary to expect the NYT and other MSM to provide this sort of sweetheart treatment – they willingly give it to Obama. Why not Hillary?
