The difference between “leadership” and “ass-covering”.

The youngest lieutenant in our uniformed serves knows this.

Did they set the parameters of the committee, or is that a separate deal?

When is the amnesty vote? Now that everyone is murrica f-yeah or something. . .

So the Dem line is going to be that all the pertinent information has been disclosed and that this Benghazi probe has now become a witch hunt – literally. The sensitivity of the Dems to this problem is reflected in the behavior of Bob Beckel on Fox’s “The Five” who goes berserk whenever the Benghazi issue is raised by his colleagues and he is extremely defensive of Hillary. Beckel is very critical, however, of Islamists.

Conservatives have to manage to orchestrate a PR effort which 1) focuses the public’s interest, 2) maintains that interest, 3) defends against attacks on the special committee, and 4) actually produces some meaningful results.

At this point, I am very impressed with Trey Gowdy. I have watched him over the course of the various House Oversight Committee hearings. I believe he knows how to keep a jury focused – and this trial will involve a national jury.

This issue is, potentially, the biggest issue since the Army-McCarthy hearings in 1954, eclipsing Watergate by far. But it has to be handled with brilliance!
