FWIW, I’ve notice Hillary lately having a vacant, sickly appearance. Not enough to have done a post about it, but I noticed.

But the rumors suggesting otherwise date back to the end of 2012, when Clinton’s health made headlines as she finished her term as secretary of state: aides explained then that she developed a stomach virus, hit her head, suffered a concussion and subsequently developed a blood clot in her brain but was being medicated and was expected to recover.
But skeptics say there is much more to the story of her health, which has recently been the subject of increased speculation in Washington.
Because of these rumors, some on the right have been convincing themselves that Hillary is sick and therefore won’t run — a bombshell that would upend the 2016 race.
Roger Stone, the GOP consultant, wrote on Twitter recently that Clinton is “not running for health reasons,” telling followers to “remember you heard it first” from him.

Media Matters, defender of all things Hillary, sees deep conspiracies behind the rumors:
The phony concussion “rumor” has faded away, so the Caller has made up a new one. And Pappas apparently did the job his employer is looking for – his story got a Drudge Report link, and Caller reporters are paid in part based on traffic. This brand of conservative rumormongering is shoddy, but apparently it pays.
Who knows what the truth is.
I don’t think it’s just a matter of age, or even the medicals. Hillary is just 2 years older than Elizabeth Warren, but they have very different energy.
Warren seems like a fighter in the first round, Hillary a fighter in the tenth round.
Hillary seems tired, someone going through the motions, who is fighting not because she wants to, but because it’s expected of her.

Rush talked about this the other day on his show. He even posited that it could be Democrats who are tossing out this rumor, trying to take her out early.
Biden? Lizzie Warren? Either (or even others who we don’t know about yet) could be behind it……they are certainly devious and politically savvy enough. Following Obama’s MO to get elected – the “Chicago way.”
But, of course, MMfA would immediately crow, “It’s those eeeevvvilllll Republicans………..!” Lame.
With Hillary on the sidelines, Biden would front and center.

The only consolation in that would be the entertainment value of watching the media try even harder to turn him into a “wise elder statesman.”
Biden is five years older than Hillary.
So where are his wrinkles? On second thought, I don’t want to know.

This would be said of Wonder Woman, She Ra, or Xena the Warrior Princess had they been married to Bill Clinton for 39 years.

On a less serious note, Hillary may or may not be a ‘shoe-in’ for her party’s nomination, but that is a far cry from shoe-in in the actual election.
If the MSM can get one with Obama’s credentials elected president, then Hillary would be a shoe in.
I don’t think so. Hillary’s gender is not the blinding social liberal dream demographic that Obama’s race was/is. Plus, the current Democrat Party is not nearly the same as Uncle Bill’s of the early 1990s, far from it. The current Democrat base is growing tired of Obama because he’s not liberal enough, as hard as it is to wrap one’s head around that.
I believe (hope) that a Hillary 2016 run will meet the same fate as did Romney 2012 – a base that responds ‘meh’ and stays home.

On the one hand, she’s reportedly getting paid $200,000 to exhale in rooms full of sycophants. In that capacity, she’s in charge of her own schedule, can stay in four star hotels and eat at the best restaurants. She can leisurely take days or weeks off if she wants. No need to rush from venue to venue. That’s a lot of extravagance to give up for a year and a half of kissing babies, eating fried Twinkies at state fairs, sleeping in a different Motel 6 every night and rushing to visit three different towns in the same day pretending she “feels the pain” of average Americans. All for only even odds – or perhaps as of today slightly better than even odds – that she will even win.
On the other hand, she’s every bit the narcissist as every other person who runs for president. And if she wins, she’ll always and forever be known as the first woman president. That’s the prize.
I personally think she wants it badly but she’s not stupid. If Republicans win another wave in Nov., she may not run. And if Obama’s approval drops and stays below 40 because he does something most Americans don’t like with Ukraine or Syria or Obamacare stays unpopular or something else, then I think she’ll suddenly discover she has health problems and for the good of the country she’d rather someone else take the job. She’ll have to sacrifice and figure out how to make due with one day $200,000 paychecks for exhaling a few words.
I personally believe her motivation for becoming President will not deter her even if she has one foot in the grave….or beyond.
Maybe the death of four Americans is dewelling in her sick mind. She knows she lied. But what difference does a lie make?
That would imply she has a conscience.
Can you imagine seeing four people at every campaign stop wearing masks of the four dead Americans? They wouldn’t have to do anything but because only Stevens is sort of well known, newsies would just have to ask what’s up.
Every campaign stop. It would be like Dickens’ Christmas Carol with no ending.
An awful lot of adults go through a very rough patch physically. If they recover, they can survive and thrive to a ripe old age.
I, personally, would have been much happier with Hillary as president instead of BO, in part because I just do not envision her tolerating the level of competence exhibited by Eric Holder, Samantha Power, Susan Rice and John Kerry, just to name a few.
The smart thing for Conservatives and the TEA Partiers to do is lay off Hillary. The Dems will do her in, all by themselves, and blame the “far right” as it is.
I would love to see another run by Sarah Palin, this time as President. If I recall, Ronald Reagan had to try a time, or two.
Hillary herself is incompetent. You expect to see competent people hired by an incompetent?
The politician elected to office does not have to be competent at anything more than reading speeches from a teleprompter. The competent ones can be totally out of sight, not known to anyone but those who pass their orders to the puppet.
Bill, Hillary, and Zero had competent machines behind them. Gore did not. Neither did McCain, Dole, Romney, or any of the Republican possibles who were knocked out before the primaries.
You assume such competence isn’t exactly what Obama wants.
It could be nothing more than extra weight put on, coupled with the decision to give up contact lenses in favor of glasses, coupled with a variety of young-to-older pics in the media that have been available over time. The tabloids do this kind of “speculating” regularly when they get a pic of a celebrity without makeup.

Prior to her collapse she took a huge contingent of staff to Adelaide ( of all places ) . They booked out whole hotels & did a campagne A la Napoleon laying waste to the fine wine stocks of the vineyards to the north & east . Locals said it was bizarre .
She is an alcoholic & my guess is she had a stroke .
I’ve always thought it was booze and not dehydration that caused the fall that lead to the concussion.
I personally don’t think that she has a drinking problem, any more than most of the elite political types they do enjoy their 3 martini lunches. What I think happened is that she had the clot in an area that didn’t affect her, the booze caused its natural blood thinning effect, knocked the clot loose and then it finally got stuck.
The other symptoms she displayed, nausea, vomiting, dehydration, dizziness, and fainting could all be explained by the clot. Not every blood clot is like “Zap, Boom, Drool”.
Hillary is like a one eyed dog in a meat store and ain’t nothing going to stop her from getting the big steak! Sick my a$$. She’ll run.

Don’t be fooled. Hillary stepped aside for Obama ONLY after she was given the Sec. State job and believe me she had a plan if she didn’t get what she wanted. This lady always has a plan and she is willing to do anything to see that plan come to light, but she is not so inflexible that she can’t make modifications. She is at least 50% of her husbands political success, Bill has the charisma and he is very intelligent and he has a wicked memory (met him once at a dinner in High School and he remembered who I was and where we had met over 5 years later without any prompting), but Hillary has the brains and the predators political sense.

She’s spent an entire lifetime repressing the constant desire to brain her husband with the closest heavy, blunt object. Eventually that takes its toll.
I am not joking. I’ve talked to two people who knew her the first year at Yale before she met Bill. Both recall a much nicer and much more relaxed person. It’s an odd chemistry between the two of them. She needs his people and political smarts and he needs her discipline and focus. In the end, I suspect Bill has gotten the better of the bargain.
The fact that their marriage had nothing to do with love is no secret here in Arkansas.
Hillary has had several neurological problems over they years, which is why she switched to glasses, she wears a special lens that helps with double vision.
However, no matter how much they try to downplay it, a blood clot in a persons brain is not a “minor” health issue. Someone who has has one blood clot in the brain is just a ticking time bomb, especially if it came from a relatively minor concussion. Something else I would note is that they say she fell from Dehydration and a stomach virus, but if you look at all the information they don’t actually know if she fell because of those things or if the blood clot caused her to faint.
I don’t claim to know either of them well, but as a life long resident of Arkansas I have spoken with both Hillary and Bill on several occasions, they both strike me as very determined and driven people, so don’t expect her to let her health stop her, unless she begins the campaign and then her health deteriorates so badly that she just can not continue.
She’s pretty fat too, indicative of medication. Otherwise she’d be trying any way to get all svelte and tightened up for the run. Man, she looks dumpy and unappealing.
Kennedy was a basket case, but drugs gave him the appearance of functioning.
