Obama jobs “recovery” nears completion as people leave workforce in droves

The “unemployment rate” is a number which increasingly is just political, as we have the Obama-phenomenon of large numbers of people leaving the workforce thereby dropping the “unemployment rate” since people who leave the workforce don’t count as unemployed.

Long ago a reader predicted the terms of the Obama recovery:

Once all the jobs are gone, the number of layoffs will reach zero, and our recovery will be complete.

We are well on the way as today’s jobs report shows:

Awful, just awful. I pity the people who are so destitute that they just give up looking.

And to think that all of this was done with full and deliberate malice aforethought – the consequences of the policies of the government are well known to those who are pulling the strings. It’s just that the end justifies the means. We Americans have to be punished for our success by scumbags like Barry Soetoro and the filth that surrounds him.

Sic Semper Tyrannis, my fellow Patriots, Sic Semper Tyrannis.

Austan Goolsbee, Obama’s former economic mouthpiece, went on both CNBC and Fox Business this morning and blamed the sequester. The interviewers on both channels told him he was full of it because “only” 7000 government jobs were lost.

Please, no more Keynesian/Krugman “recovery.” A thriving economy is a terrible thing to waste.

I really wish they would show the true figures. the way it is now someone only glancing at it would think the # is good.
a built in way to LIE

The Cloward-Piven strategy, supercharged by on attack on the supply side, is being worked.

I really doubt at this point we can stop the train-wreak.

Not to say we should not try.

So the overall labor participation rate is back to 1979 levels. Even worse, though, is the male/female distribution. In 1950, close to 90% of men 16-65 were working. These days that number is down to 70%. In 1950 only a little over 30% of women were working, and now it’s up to 60%.

I’m actually old enough to remember when a man was able to earn a good living for his family on his salary alone. Then along came LBJ’s guns-and-butter inflation of the 70s and 80s which forced women to take jobs so the family could make ends meet. The government, which created the problem in the first place by debasing the currency, loved it that women were now in the workplace because it brought in more income taxes and more FICA taxes.

Nothing much changes, does it?

They are driving people from the more rural to the urban areas in search of jobs or government entitlement centers (with public transportation a nice little plus), thereby consolidating workers’ taxes and eligible entitlement enrollees (sign up more, get more $ from the state and feds) under one large urban city and/or county government, that is, almost always under the control of the Democrat Party and local unions. Centralizes by coercive ‘pull’ since ‘push’ing them there would take infeasible legislation or executive order. Also isolates natural political enemies out in the sticks – us cracker m-er f-ers who is clingin’ t’ar bah-bles an’ guns, h’yuk.

“Socialism is a philosophy of failure, the creed of ignorance, and the gospel of envy, its inherent virtue is the equal sharing of misery.”
~PM Sir Winston Churchill~

quote
David Mamet: Karl Marx summed up Communism as “from each according to his ability, to each according to his needs.” This is a good, pithy saying, which, in practice, has succeeded in bringing, upon those under its sway, misery, poverty, rape, torture, slavery, and death. For the saying implies but does not name the effective agency of its supposed utopia. The agency is called “The State,” and the motto, fleshed out, for the benefit of the easily confused must read “The State will take from each according to his ability: the State will give to each according to his needs.” “Needs and abilities” are, of course, subjective. So the operative statement may be reduced to “the State shall take, the State shall give.”

Obama’s Agenda- Internal destruction of America-the US Constitution, Democracy, Freedom and Liberty of the Sovereign Individual, Free Market Capitalism, Redistribution of America’s Fiscal and Financial Wealth-Collapse of the US Economy, via insurmountable crushing National debt, thus the extermination of Prosperity and the American Dream, and most important part- the complete gutting and internal destruction of the US Military, by any means necessary, via budget and hardware equipment destruction- ie; Planes, Ships, Tanks, and specifically our Nuclear Deterrent / Missile delivery systems, etc, etc..

When it’s all complete by the end of Obama’s term- It will be Obama: Mission Accomplished
