Julia is laughing all the way to the bank

Julia is laughing all the way to the bank

Let’s face it, the Obama campaign knew exactly what it was doing with the War on Women campaign.

It wasn’t targeting married women, but the single women like Julia who, by the terms of Obama’s own illustration, rely on government for financial stability, including lots of free stuff.

We thought the Life of Julia campaign was a sick joke which would be insulting to independent women.

The Julias voted overwhelmingly for Obama.

Who’s laughing now?

Everything that liberals project is an outrageous lie. Under Obamacare, no one will buy insurance until they are sick, so there is not incentive to buy on masse, inflicting a death spiral on the industry. Obamacare simply becomes another medicaid tax.

Like I said, “Bitches Be Crazy!”

And, Petreaus should have known that.

… but God help Julia if with her ObamaCare contraceptive coverage she should decide to become a “military groupie” because the FBI will be coming around to determine the appropriateness of her life style.

It is no less of a sick joke because we lost. It still is. Cheap sleazy demagoguery remains so even if it worked.

I should note that Romney won each white demographic sorted by age, but his margin among 18-29 year old whites was only 51-44. Assuming a 6 point gender gap as with the overall white group, Romney would be roughly tied with Obama among young white (and disproportionately single) women.
    —Just One Minute blog

Or, a FRACTION of single white girls are STOOOOOOOooooopid…

I’m waiting for an update to the cartoon where Julia meets Sandra Fluke, they have a torrid lesbian affair together, get married, and walk to the bookstore to buy “Heather has Two Mommies”.

The cartoon will become a TV series shown on PBS – brought to you by the letter “O” and the number “16,000,000,000,000”.

I think Julia was mostly of the 70’s comedy series variety rather than her pale-faced sister as depicted by the Obama campaign. Nevertheless, Obama won this election in swing states by mobilizing an army of Julias in a campaign that took place mostly under the radar.

We scoffed at the wedding memorabilia that tapped into Julia’s deep desire to find a husband. This is why Michelle was so willing to share Barack with the wannabe brides. If Julia found a husband of her own she was much more likely to vote for Mitt or even stay home.

It was my impression that “Julia”s perceived dating as prostitution (i.e. a vocation) and marriage as involuntary servitude or slavery (e.g. “barefoot and pregnant”). The “Julia”s were looking for a “sugar daddy” who wouldn’t ask questions and would deliver a regular paycheck. These women are degenerate. However, so are the majority of blacks who vote for retributive change; and other non-whites who vote for redistributive change. These are all creatures who choose to denigrate individual dignity and devalue human life. They all support progressive involuntary exploitation and, assuming that human rights are a priority, they support the elective termination of developing human life. They are all degenerates who betray their dignity for a material return (i.e. greed).

Corruption was progressive, but now it is conclusive.

I think you’re assuming a lot of *thinking* there that never actually took place. For the most part this was an emotional response manipulated by behavioral scientists advising Obama’s team. It is quite likely a good deal of fear motivated women who might feel otherwise vulnerable. This seems to be quite in line with Dem hypocrisy that preaches empowerment while they foster poverty and dependence.

If we are ever to have a chance breaking the Dem hold on vulnerable segments of society we have to find ways to talk about it without accusing them of the worst motivations and behavior. I also question whether many of the same tactics used in this election would be anywhere near as effective for Dems without Obama at the top of the ticket.

Here’s an even better cartoon. Julia has worked full-time as a web designer for a company with just over 50 employees. To get around Obamacare rules, her employer had to let 14-employees go, including Julia.

Julia now joins the ranks of the unemployed, but still no longer has to worry about her health, since she still has Obamacare and free birth control pills. No food and rent money – that’s another matter.

Julia decides to enjoy life and seize the moment … and not let those birth control pills go to waste. Julia increases her sexual appetite and decides to date several guys [who buy her dinner] so she is not hungry. She can thank Obama for her good fortune!

I’ve been annoying my liberal facebook friends by pointing out that Obamacare will result in 10’s of millions of Americans not being able to afford to raise a family. But, on the bright side, Planned Parenthood will be keeping their half-billion dollar per year taxpayer subsidy…

There are two problems with Obamacare. First, it does not address the underlying causes for the massive inflation driving the cost of medical services and pharmaceuticals. Second, it fails to distinguish between contributory and non-contributory (i.e. welfare) entitlements, thereby sponsoring progressive corruption of individuals and institutions. On both points, but especially the first, it is a measure designed to drive perception, and, in following, votes. It’s a cheap political trick which appeals to opportunists, the vulnerable, and people’s base nature.

“Julia decides to enjoy life and seize the moment … and not let those birth control pills go to waste. Julia increases her sexual appetite and decides to date several guys [who buy her dinner] so she is not hungry. She can thank Obama for her good fortune!”

“…and ends up making her living on her back for the next 20 years of her life. Depressed and degraded, she’s happy that she has government healthcare so she can fight the many STD’s she is infected with. She considers Obama to be the best thing to ever happen to America, but misses working in a nice office making a good paycheck.

Everyone knows it was those evil white conservatives and Bush who destroyed everything, but King Obama saved the country! Then she looks down at her hand and reminds herself that she’s white. Perhaps she deserves this suffering, she mutters past the three teeth she has left.”

wait until Julia finds out the monies she gets from the govt buys less and less. And wait till she finds out that “free” actually didn’t mean free, even to her.

Let the system crash, there is no other way around.
Those who knows what’s coming our way will prepare, the rest can suffer and will suffer, and I will not have an ounce of sympathy for these idiot Obots.

Let the system crash, its headed that way anyways. I was pissed last week, now I’m at peace. Disaster is coming this country’s way and not 5 years away, by 2013 this country will be in a very deep recession. So, just sit back, prepare, get as self sustaining as possible. Just look at Hurricane Sandy, all that warning and people didn’t prepare, what makes anyone think they will prepare with something like a completely broke nation and the consequences of it.

Just prepare for yourself and family and nonobot friends, and wait for the crash. Shouldn’t be too far into the future.

Aarradin in reply to alex. | November 12, 2012 at 3:17 pm

It won’t do any good. Julia will just blame evil corporations and vote D for life.

Really, and what happens when Julia starts seeing the bennies she gets from the govt start getting cut back and/or they don’t buy as much due to massive inflation.

Today, the fed govt has started cutting food stamps to OH.

      http://www.toledoblade.com/State/2012/11/12/Ohioans-food-stamp-aid-to-be-cut.html

spending more than you take in only works for so long, and approaching 20 trillion in debt, we are coming close to the crash. It is coming, there is no way around it.

I will say again, prepare, and help nonobot friends and family. not one obot.

I’m thinking we went after “Julia” in the wrong way. By mocking Obama and the concept of Julia, it potentially “hardened” that block of voters. The powers that be in the RNC and the Romney campaign should have had single women, unwed or divorced moms with children, talk about how conservatism is better than government hand-outs.

Maybe we did do that – I may have missed it.

I’ve been thinking about a metaphor to illustrate the difference between free stuff and freedom. Yes, the Democrats offered more things, but the Republicans offered more take-home pay. Either the comparison wasn’t clear or we didn’t present it in a juxtaposition.

The best illustration I could think of is this: you open a birthday card- inside is a gift card for, let’s say, a grocery store. It’s good. You need groceries. But then you open another birthday card and in it is CASH. And you can spend it any way you want. Free stuff or freedom.

Does that communicate? Can anyone else think of one that might convince an Obot?

Gift card or cash, it still started out as someone else’s money. Freedom vs. free stuff? It’s a brave choice not to take the free stuff. Single parents with children who accept free stuff add to the burden of their own children in the future. By making the hard choice in the now, they would make their child’s life likely better in the future. That’s freedom.

These post election narratives – demographic changes, moochers, Julia, etc. are interesting and really silly! Romney lost the election by approximately 232k + votes in the following states: Virginia – 115k; Ohio – 103k; Florida – 74k; and New Hampshire – 40k! Now my numbers might be off slightly, but not by much. Moreover, Romney got fewer Mormon votes this election then McCain got in 2008. Romney’s strategy of not responding to a brutal Ad attack for 4-5 months was his downfall. Not these silly narratives! Would love to understand your narrative Professor!

“Romney’s strategy of not responding to a brutal Ad attack for 4-5 months was his downfall.”

That’s what happened to Bob Dole in 1996. We saw it again. It’s amazing the Romney campaign didn’t prepare for it.

I just love how the left seems to think that the only health issue women in their 20s and 30s ever have is gynecological, and that oral contraceptives will solve all those problems, without creating some other, often worse, ones.

Last time I checked the pill doesn’t do to much for things like asthma, Crohn’s disease, or migraines, to name just a few medical issues which have been known to affect women in that age group.

This destroys the argument that Republicans need to support Amnesty.

If Amnesty passes, we will succeed only in creating millions more Democrats. Worse, it will encourage a new wave of illegal aliens to come to America.

That’s a nice picture of Julia’s good side!

When she turns to face you, she loses the second dimension, and becomes a single, drab, vertical line.

I think we were all a bit suckered by this campaign in the summer. It looked more than a little crazy to us.

But then, we thought the economy was going to be the deciding issue in the election.

Apparently Messina and Axelrod knew better, which is why we got Julia, and Obama making appearance on goofy television shows and ducking the press, and nasty attack ads that went after Mitt for being a plutocrat.

We thought it was an economy election.

They decided it would be a cultural election.

Culture trumps economy.

Not sure if Julia’s insurance is really 50% more than Joe’s … details need to be considered. Does Julia need a lot more care, or do insurers hate women customers and abuse them?

Drug addicted, obese smoker Stacy is Julia’s evil twin. She used to pay much more … but now Stacy can just jump on my plan at the last minute. It’s only “fair” that those that work and pay their way should be forced to pay for the slackers. They forgot to publish the book on Stacy’s life on the margin.

Julia lives to 81, and gets to take part of Joe’s pension and social security and the house, because Joe dies at 76.

Since we’re talking about fairness now, when Joe dies, we need to euthanize Julia, who only has a five year life expectancy anyway. It’s only fair. Those last years are too expensive for underfunded Medicare anyway. I’m sure Julia understands the government knows best. Unhealthy individuals may be encouraged to “self depart” earlier, for the good of the collective.

This is exactly what I told my Wife who couldn’t understand why women fell for the War on Women story. This didn’t have anything to do with contraception but was for all the subsidies that single (read divorced or never married mothers) women would get.

I think lots of women who are now married (but once divorced or never married) are also susceptible to this lure.

In 2005 there were 3.3 workers to every retiree. In 2010 it was 2.8. The bulk of the boomers haven’t yet retired and the birth rate has dropped like a rock. When that ration gets down below 2 and workers realize how many free riders they are funding in addition to supporting their own parents/grandparents in retirement watch out.

Julia is about to morph into the delusional Blanche DuBois and experience all the perils of relying on the kindness of strangers.

What I found interesting — in my opinion — is that feminism has been redefined. When I was growing up, it meant that women wanted to be independent and stand toe-to-toe with a man and do the same job for equal pay (and respect).

Now polling tells us that more woman — although they call themselves feminists — claim they voted for president obama because he has been there for them.

I suppose they like the view of Julia who needs to have someone take care of them. Feminism isn’t wanting the government out of your uterus, but then demanding they pay for what you put in it.

Just keep feeding the parasites and next time they will feed on their own hosts. Feminism is a ruse after all. Most single women and even married one just want their sugar daddies.

Most Republican and Social Conservative men “just don’t get it.”

The women who were targeted by Democrats using the “Julia” other ads are pretty much not sophisticated women. And I am talking about most of the women in the United States – at least 95% of the women in the United States. The female voters of this country know nothing about current affairs, the economy, foreign policy, the constitution, the rule of law, the impact of high taxes on job creation, etc. and other principles that make conservatives tend to vote Republican.

So these women are easily swayed by emotional issues (Republicans want to overturn Roe v. Wade, deny access to birgh control). Many have low-paying jobs (if they work at all) and worry about being deniedfree benfits to which many of them are already accustomed.

I don’t know what the answer is – i.e, how to persuade these American women to vote Republican in the future — but what is NOT going to work is to let OLD WHITE MEN go on National TV and talk about how it may be “God’s Will” if a woman gets raped, therefore she should be denied access to abortion. And the Religious Freedom/Catholic Hospital/Employer issue of paying for Birth Control pills went over like a lead balloon. I’d bet that most Catholic women voted for Obama anyway.

Many of the candidates backed by the Social Conservatives (esamples: Akin, Mourdock, Christine O’Donnell, Sharon Angle, Rick Santorum) are turning off most American women.

You may not LIKE to hear that, but it is true.

Ask Christie Todd Whitman her views on all of this…

It is not all that complicated. In fact it is pretty simple.

Julia believes Obama cares about her.

NC Mountain Girl in reply to Anchovy. | November 12, 2012 at 8:38 pm

What’s the cure for lousy judgement about men? I wish I knew. Part of the problem is a lot of these women really can’t tell the difference between what they see in movies/TV and real life. Love always reforms the bad boys in the movies and if it does hurt it can’t be real love. In real life Dr. Houseman would be treating Baby for syphilis and depression if not trying to find a place for her in a discreet home for unwed mothers and Johnny would move on to Miami for a winter dancing with more rich, bored wives.

The other problem is envy. Mr. Nice Guy Romney didn’t stand a chance with these morons. Indeed, many of the older single/divorced women hated his guts because he reminded them of how they once dumped a nice guy who was crazy about them for an exciting bad boy who let them down. By time these women learned the lesson their Mr. Nice Guy had married a wonderful woman. These women don’t blame their own appalling judgement. They see Mr. Nice Guy as fickle. If he meant what he said to them he should have been disconsolate until they changed their mind back again!

I kid you not. Modern feminism has come to stand for the abdication of personal responsibility, which have been replaced by envy, resentment and unrealistic expectations.

Yeah, but who’s going to laugh ten years from now when she’s stuck in her “graphic design job” making coupons for Campus Discount Cafe or 20 years from now when she goes through 5 IVF cycles to make herself a baby with donated sperm?

Based on WaPo exit poll data, I calculated that there were roughly 18,000,000 Julias that voted for Obama. They are the core D demographic.

Oddly enough, I suspect the only person laughing will be Julia’s baby-daddy.

The plain truth is that most of our daughters are victims of the Julia syndrome. Especially born after 1990, they are probably all Julia’s. Especially, if they caved into the social sexual mores of the last 25 years.

Now, they are Single, Man-less, not Lesbian but burnt out from putting out, without any return.

If Uncle Sam looks good, it’s because men in general look bad. They (women) are strong enough to have those children alone.

Not because of entitlements but because men have more p@#$Y than them. It’s not a Latino or Minority driven problem.

It’s driven by lack of faith. God.less.ness. Step away from Uncle Sam and embrace real faith. Heal. Thy. Self.

Who’s your Daddy?? Big Govt!!!!

Who’s your Daddy?? Big Govt!!!! The Dems are abot to give away goodies while Repubs are the party of responsibility. FREE ICE CREAM for EVERYONE!! thats how you win elections!!

Feminism has been taken over by big Pharmaceuticals.

No really.

Preventative health is eating right and exercising, not contraception.

A decade ago when I started Natural Family Planning, there were the religious and non-religious feminist arguments to stop contraception.

It’s the same way the food industry doesn’t have to label genetically modified ingredients, and still label good as organic.

Young women are too caught up in the ‘slut phase’ of life, at least in the 90s we used condoms. STDs are the rise, people, and these viruses and infections will become immune to the treatments. Never mind the negative emotional effects of hooking up, it gets old quick.

OF all things on the rise, it is the obesity rate of women, but telling women they need to lose weight for their health would never win a vote.

(Remember, I’m a woman)
