Aaron Walker ungagged

Via Patterico (h/t Instapundit and readers):

Aaron tells me by phone that the word is Judge Rupp signed the order, modifying the peace order against Aaron to let him speak publicly about Kimberlin.

P.S. There is a very interesting aspect of Kimberlin’s response that I will be blogging in full. You will definitely want to read that post. Trust me on this one.

Ace has more.

Update: Walker has a new blog post up, An Important Victory For Freedom of Expression

But it’s certainly a shame that anyone has to spend time and money to have their constitutional rights affirmed.

Rights have to be vindicated. Human nature will never remove that necessity. It is wise to see this as a constant fight.

Oh, so freedom IS free…? This is just what our Founders told us. You do not vest power in people without the LIKELIHOOD it will be abused.

        Yup.

And: Politicians, bureaucrats, and state officials are all people. The more power they have, the greater the damage they can do when, not if, they misuse it.

Power is zero sum. When individual citizens have more power, the state has less, and the less likely a democide.

Look at Mexico. The concentration of power in a few families resulted in a hell-hole of a country.

Good news…but

It should have never gotten this far.

Liz Warren is giving fake Native-Americans a bad name.

Oops. I commented on the wrong story. My face is red. ( I look more like a Native-American than a certain Senate candidate.)
