If it’s a Republican bumper sticker, it would make more sense if it was:

If it’s a Liberal bumper sticker, it might make sense if it read:
If Liberals Hated America, They Would Vote Republican
Because the bumper sticker makes no sense, I will have to assume that it belongs to a stupid Liberal.
If Republicans hated blacks they would be pro Abortion and gladly fund Planned Parenthood.
