No water was harmed

No water was harmed

Spotted in Ithaca, this is a variation on the ubiquitous anti-fracking bumper stickers.

Gas or water?

This driver obviously chose gas, because the car was filthy.

Okay, I don’t get this one. Why a choice between the two? Fracking uses steam to fracture and extract the oil…..but why is it a choice of one or the other?

I’m a bit fuzzy today…….. 😉

USGS recently had a presentation report on US Natural Gas reserves and fracking that dispelled many of the myths/issues.
It was on C-SPAN and they said the USA has over 1025 TCF of natural gas reserves and many existing wells are at the end of their production cycle, that’s why the EPA are forced to admit that fracking is essential to maintain future production of harder to reach sources.

Actually, if they were serious about that, why are they still driving a car? And yes, the EPA “overlooked” some facts that have been public for a half-century or more on gas in water pipes in parts of the country.

Obama’s “War on Capitalism” continues. He does everything he can to stop our own production, but the damn capitalists keep innovating around him.

Now he has to resort to cutting off the pipeline from Canada, and trying to stop the success of fracking with lies about ground water problems. Meanwhile all his big donor solar panel manufacturers are going bankrupt before the election.

There’s a flood of coal, natural gas and oil all around US, but Obama is busy damming it off, still trying to force us into unworkable alternatives.

So, this Densa (Mensa’s inverse cousin) candidate’s car must run on water, riiiiight???

Could be a relative of the Occupy Space Cadet who held a sign saying, “I don’t need fossil fuels. I ride the bus!”

Might I infer it’s a rather short one?

The car appears to be one of those expensive Swedish imports preferred by Ithaca’s ruling elites.

The only way to keep people poor and dependent is for the government, GOPE and Left, to make rules that keep us from coming up with practical solutions.

We are surrounded by the most staggering resources, available to us through personal industry, brought to us by Nature, made useful through innovation, and the genius of the American People operating in a free economy.

Abundance is our natural state when we are allowed to live free with reasonable rules, the work ethic and the Golden Rule.
