Man against the mob

Man against the mob

This is a classic.

The story and a longer video are here.

On Saturday, September 18th, Glenn Beck and Andrew Breitbart headlined an event entitled “Right Nation 2010,” held just outside of Chicago, Illinois.

As you will see in our video report from the scene, when Andrew Breitbart arrived at the Sears Centre, he was met with an angry mob of protesters who were calling for an ‘end to hate’ while also hurling expletives and homophobic slurs toward the targets of their enmity.

In the following dramatic video, Breitbart brings the protest to a complete halt by cleverly asking sign holders to do the impossible:  explain the placards they were carrying. In the end, the frustrated organizers abruptly end their protest and leave.

Honestly, I am grieving today.
I told a friend of mine that I would drop my entire life to work for Andrew Breitbart. I would carry his luggage, a camera, be his food tester, ANYTHING to work for this warrior.
And I meant it.

Hole meet heart.

    I’m feeling it now too-

    The utter sense of loss.

    Luckily, there is a God-

Who gave us the night. To rest, to slumber..in tranquility.

To arise anew, in the new light of a new day…

    …full of promise….full of life.

      Thanks for that, Browndog.
I have been on the phone with conservative pundits all day, and I am just exhausted.
      Tomorrow is another day.
And tomorrow we will MUST take up the sword of Andrew.
He was the only warrior who demanded that of us.
His CPAC speech last month said that.

God blessed us all with this man, and we need…no, MUST, carry on the fight.
      The Professor is another Breitbart.
Or as I would like to now call him, Breitheart.

      Beautiful, Browndog!

It was evident all across the sphere.. everyone just felt hollow, seemingly in disbelief, and half on auto-pilot today.

And you’re right, Browndog. Let’s carry forth Andrew’s memory by embracing his passion for life and the pursuit of the truth.

We can all be happy warriors, peaceful knights, should we choose.

I’m stunned with the news. He always seemed so vibrant and vigorous and healthy. How could this happen?

We have lost an incredible voice for freedom.

You know what’s wrong with that video?

It’s that every Republican nominee running for office above the level of dog catcher should be able to do that.

Bravo, Andrew! For showing the big boys how it’s done.

“If It’s About the Lives of My Men and Their Safety, I’d Go Through Hell with a Gasoline Can”

We need another “gasoline can” Representative West, its about the life of our nation and its safety.

The tapes.
Andrew had the tapes.
heh heh.
Love this.
He’ll get the left even in death.

When good men and women die we weep.

When great men and women die we ask God why take such important people from us?

When great and courageous men and woman die we grieve at their passing, but in honoring them, we carry on.

Mr. Breitbart was a man on a mission. We must carry that mission on. Forever.

Only 3 weeks ago he said he has videos to expose Obama:

Now he is dead. Doesn’t add up

I have been in tears off and on today. The best thing – besides many moving tributes – I’ve read is this:

They should release those tapes – tomorrow or the next day, just to make sure the Democrats and the MSM have no time to react.

In seven to ten days, they will spin this up and down, until they call the tapes a downer…

Guessing WWBD? (What Would Breitbart Do?), he would have ordered them released tomorrow – even before his funeral.

theduchessofkitty | March 1, 2012 at 11:54 pm

I liked it when he stood up at the podium of that Tea Party Nation conference in Tennessee and challenged the MSM openly and brazenly.

“Your business model doesn’t suck – YOU SUCK!”

I cheered like a mad woman.

I cheered every time Andrew spoke.
Saw him live at the RightOnline conference in Minneapolis last summer.
    Chills.

We can all be Breitbart if we just get off of our asses and get active. PTA. School board meetings. Elections, local and National. Speaking the truth to liberals one on one(which I just did on Wednesday, with a neighbor)
    Just fucking DO something, people.
We have to fight for our freedoms.
Otherwise, Breitbart’s work is in vain.

Reading the vile and hateful comments from libtards on twitter and around the internet makes me hate the LEFT even more.

“His lord said unto him, Well done, good and faithful servant; you have been faithful over a few things, I will make you ruler over many things: enter into the joy of your lord.”

and this….

The motto of the monastery of Montecassino is SUCCISA VIRESCIT “Cut it down, and it grows up stronger.”

Unfortunately for us and our Country, there is no one to step into those HUGE shoes.

I read that the tapes that Andrew did on Obama will be released in about 10 days.

Too bad that Glenn Beck turned around and stabbed Andrew in the back by taking the Shirley Sherrod video and claiming that he(Beck) did the investigation. I remember Andrew confronting Beck with that fact and Beck denied it. I remember Andrew telling Rusty Humphries that Beck wouldn’t apologize to him.

So now, Glenn Beck has something to answer for. I no longer listen to Beck because of his lies about Newt Gingrich in calling him a progressive.

As I contemplate on the life and man named Andrew Breitbart, and the everlasting effects that he has had on us all, I just want pay my most deepest respects to the man who gave and lead the army of conservative average citizens, a voice of example by which to emulate and follow in this world of insidious corruption, intolerance, hatred, and evil.

Andrew Breitbart was a fearless American Patriot, a combination of Patrick Henry and Paul Revere, whose likes cannot be replaced, as Andrew Breitbart went where wise men dare not go, into the liberal lions den of corruption, lies, propaganda, deceit, and utter hatred and contempt for The People, Individual Freedom, Liberty, and the U.S. Constitution, and he fought them fearlessly, and won !

He was truly a once in a lifetime patriotic American conservative General among Generals, who lead by example, of which he always did first. In other words, when Andrew saw an unjust, biased, corrupt firestorm, he didn’t runaway from it, he ran straight into it, confronted it and fought them directly one on one, or one against the mob, never veering away even once, nor did he even hesitate for a second, and never backed off his fight for Truth in what he called his “Self-Righteous Indignation” to expose them all for what they really were.. and for all America to see what was Good and Right and the Truth. This he did in and of everything he stood for- his values and principles for which he displayed tremendous courage of conviction in the face of evil. And the weapons he used were only the Truth, Freedom, Liberty, his computer and the internet.

I can only hope that I, and all the other Tea Party Reagan Conservatives, keep the Andrew Breitbart fight against injustice and media bias for the rest of our lives, as Andrew would have done with the same continued devoted passion.

I send my most sincerest condolences to the Breitbart Family, in this most tragic of hours. I pray for the Family.

Rest in Peace Andrew Breitbart
