Wow! Did you see the ads on this website? On the left we have “mutually beneficial arrangements” with single moms and college girls, on the right we have Bible study ads for little kids.
I’m just waiting for the usual troll to suggest this is a photoshop. I love the photos where you can see the reflection of the photographer in either the bumper or, in this case, the window.
logos, call me a troll if you must, but I don’t disagree with any of the sentiments expressed in the bumper sticker or rear window signs sourced from “Linda”. I’m quite sure I’d love to have her as a neighbor. But, while I don’t know whether any of her Lowe’s parking lot photos are photoshopped, a few definitely look like it.
a. Currently involved in a huge home renovation project that takes you to Lowe’s on a daily basis, or
b. Employed at that particular Lowe’s, or
c. Enjoy stalking the parking lot for bumper stickers as a hobby
My comment wasn’t intended to be hostile. There was no hostility in my fingers as I typed. It was an honest inquiry made out of curiosity. I can’t be the only curious person wondering what takes Linda to the same parking lot time and again.
It came across as snark and an attempt to belittle Linda’s efforts and again its none of your businesss. Your tone was playful but comes across as condescending. But you are not alone. The trolls came out immediately and tried to de-legitimize her effort. What is it coming to when one of our commenters is called on whether she made it up or where she found the bumper stickers and for sending them to the professor and meant to entertain us? The only thing that should have been said was “nice job, Linda. Thanks”. Not is it photoshopped and/or what sinister reason would Linda have in going to Lowe’s so often. I sincerely hope this will not make Linda decide to not send anymore bumper stickers in. The hostility surprised me too. We are doing such a super job of kicking ourselves to the curb that the media needs make no effort at all. The infighting is getting extremely abrasive.
“…again its none of your businesss.” I will continue to be unapologetically curious about the world around me and the people in it.
“The only thing that should have been said was ‘nice job, Linda. Thanks.'” Please provide a link where I can find the pre-approved comments, it will be most helpful in the future. If only one thing should have been said, why bother having a comment section?

Kind of odd, if you ask me!

Any more of these coming from that Lowe’s parking lot in Nashville and the place will become a tourist attraction.
I would have worded it slightly different but the message has been received LOUD ‘n CLEAR!
Linda, which is it:
a. Currently involved in a huge home renovation project that takes you to Lowe’s on a daily basis, or
b. Employed at that particular Lowe’s, or

Are you major of Lowe’s on foursquare?
That should say mayor.
Quite surprised by the hostility.
How about “d” = none of your business.
What an odd topic to catch an attitude about.
