Kevin McCarthy (R-CA) and other House Republicans unveiled their "Commitment to America" plan for the 2022 midterms in Pennsylvania today. In a move similar to what Newt Gingrich did in 1994, the House GOP is promising Americans that they will focus on issues that matter most to voters.
