I never knew they had boats in Wisconsin. Is it on a lake or something? I didn’t see any boats in the videos of the protests in Madison.
But then again, they also didn’t seem to have a sense of humor in Madison, unlike the owner of the boat below. Probably a Walker supporter.

Or, you could take the cynical view and think the owner is proud to be the beneficiary of government largess and crony capitalism.
I hope your interpretation is the right one, but sadly the government is now so deeply involved in picking winners and losers in our once mostly free economy, it’s hard to know.

Wisconsin is on Lake Michigan. We WERE planning on going there for vacation, but changed our mind when we saw the violence caused by the union protesters.

There’s a reason that Evinrude invented the outboard motor while living in Wisconsin, and that Mercury is headquartered in this State (ignoring the shell-corp bunch in Illinois.)
Wait, didn’t Walker’s public union/collective bargaining bill render the population of Wisconsin destitute? As I understand it, state educators have been reduced to eating from trashcans and going to Goodwill for clothes. The picture must be a cruel, cruel, prank. Not cool, dude. Not cool.
Yes, they are next to that big lake that supplies Chicago with drinking water. Chicago is the city that reversed a river so it could be a sewer, and now the carp are a coming up the river. As a “silent sports” enthusiast, perhaps the Asian carp will cut down on the motor boat traffic in the marinas. Although getting hit in the head by a jumping, 60 lbs. carp while canoeing or kayaking would definitely not be fun.
Then all those poorly paid public employees can eat carp.
Eat Carp.
