Egyptians protested the secular leader, Mubarak, and Obama supported him being overthrown. Now that Egyptians are protesting the Islamist leader, Morsi, will our Islamic Indonesian sopport him being overthrown?
Ha ha ha! You want our MB president to overthrow his MB buds? Ain’t gonna happen, dude.
I am only interested in seeing camels. If only camels could tweet & take pics .
I listened to the guy blather on for a while and couldn’t help think of Baghdad Bob. I’m betting dollars to donuts the guy on the tv there is spouting a solid line of horsefeathers.
Anybody see any women there? Or should I put on the glasses?
“I will stir Egyptian against Egyptian –
brother will fight against brother,
neighbor against neighbor,
city against city,
kingdom against kingdom.
The Egyptians will lose heart
and I will bring their plans to nothing.
…
When they cry out to the Lord because of their oppressors, he will send them a defender, and he will rescue them.” – Isaiah 19
Isaiah goes on to prophesy against Babylon, Assyria and others who practice false religions who oppose G-D’s Kingdom reign and Law including his own unfaithful people.
Leviticus 26 describes of the consequences of forsaking and sinning against G-D. Assyria is the rod of discipline in G-D’s hand – Isaiah 10:5
Isaiah 31:8-9 reminds us that only the Sword/Word of the Lord can defeat Assyria/Babylon/Egypt…not the sword of man. Only by repentance and returning to the Word/Law of God can Israel/G-D’s people be saved. (II Chronicles 7:14, Nehemiah)
Marry me, Unca!
Aunt Sarah doesn’t cotton to that sort of arrangement and she’s a force not to be reckoned with. Even Obama and Holder together couldn’t deal with that kind of fury.
ROFL!!!!
You’re selectively quoting Hebrew scriptures out of context because…?
With the reports of riot-trained US troops in Egypt, I expect that Obama will try to save the MB regime in Egypt. It should make an interesting tableaux; US troops dressed like Homeland Security side by side with MB thugs around the Egyptian presidential palace. In fact, I would be happier sending Homeland Security to do the job.
But in the end, no matter what he does, Obama cannot save the MB regime or any regime in Egypt. Egypt imports 60% of its caloric intake. Its only real source of foreign exchange was tourism, and the MB terrorists have convinced most tourists to give them a pass for the last several years. They have been surviving on international charity, and the Western world is going broke too. And that is only one of many examples of reality conspiring against Egypt.
It is going to fall hard. The only question is how much Obama is going to make it cost the US.
Subotai Bahadur
Great coverage. Thanks. Just wish I understood some Arabic.
They kept on talking about Ameriki and Barak Obama. if they were speaking English, they’d say something totally different.
Will Obama demand anti-US Morsi step down as he did pro-US Hosni Mubarak, who by the way helped keep the peace for over 30 years. Or will he have a hands off approach like he did in Iran when pro-democracy forces were protesting and begging Obama to help. This is smart diplomacy? Libya is on the brink of resuming it’s civil war, the Syrian civil war is about to spread to Lebanon and the Golan Heights not to mention Jordan which will cause Israel to respond. NATO member Turkey is in revolt just after Obama meets with it’s pro-Islamist Prime Minister Erdogan. Now the Kurds are clashing with Turkey in the southeast region along the Iraq border who also have a large Kurdish population. Iraq is now on the brink of exploding in chaos, with multiple bombings everyday with scores killed and injured. Not to mention Afghanistan going back into the hands of the Taliban and Pakistan unstable as ever with nuclear weapons mind you. If the US still had bases and forces in Iraq we could have been a calming effect on the region but the way it looks now we are on the brink of world war 3. God help us all with this weak leader in the White House and his Secretary of State John Kerry who has less a clue than Hillary did.
I’m sure Obama and his UN will place US soldiers in a thin red line between the factions. He will ensure that both sides despise the US
Obama to Morsi opponents:
“Stop or I shall taunt you a second time!”
There are apparently millions of Egyptians out on the streets protesting.
U.S. Media reaction?
:crickets:
I was just getting ready to post how gripping the RT video was when it suddenly blacked out.
Now that site is playing Russian music and showing scenes from Russia.
Weird.
Obama always backs the wrong side. He can’t help himself.
