Memorial for 9/11 at California State University Stanislaus Defaced With Pro-Palestine Message
“Defacing a memorial honoring 2,977 innocent Americans is disgraceful”

Palestinian Activist Vandalizes 9/11 Memorial Display on College Campus in California
On the 25th anniversary of the 9/11 terror attacks, a memorial display erected by the Young America’s Foundation was vandalized with pro-Palestine at the California State University Stanislaus.
The annual 9/11: Never Forget display, which features 2,977 American flags to represent the lives of those murdered by Islamic terrorists, was defaced with the message “Free Palestine” in blue ink.
“Defacing a memorial honoring 2,977 innocent Americans is disgraceful,” YAF President and former Wisconsin governor Scott Walker said on social media. “It is also part of a disturbing pattern of conservatives being targeted simply for exercising their right to speak and remember. Students should not have to fear vandalism or intimidation for honoring the victims of the attacks on 9/11. Twenty-five years later, we will not be bullied into silence, and we will never forget.”
The vandalism follows a trend of pro-Palestine antics that have occurred on the 25th anniversary. Earlier on Friday, an activist in New York City donned an Elmo costume and draped a Palestinian flag over his back outside of the memorial service. The classless move resulted in a New York City firefighter accosting the individual in a movement that received mass praise on social media.

This sort of behavior, constantly repeated by the Left, is why there can be no possibility of reconciliation between Left and Right. I have not seen any case of similar behavior exhibited by the Right.
We are now two totally independent ideological groups occupying the same physical space. The only solution appears to be a formal division, hopefully peaceful but more likely to be violent. Violent in a way that makes the Late Great Unpleasantness look like a childhood spat.
Creating “New Gaza” is a regressive “solution.” It is a surrender.
9/11 shouldn’t be a “conservative” memorial. It’s for all Americans no matter which way you vote. I wish young people would get that all politicians are assholes, who simply want more power, influence and more money. They aren’t fighting for you, they aren’t the good guys. They aren’t #resist. They are just a bunch of wanna be celebrities who are using you and your ignorant naivete.
I, myself, prefer fundamentalists along Amish lines:
“Yr wrong, n going to hell, but you do you. We’ll just watch from over here, n maybe heaven later. Don’t forget yr sunscreen.”
Offering vs forcing righteousness is a fundamental distinction.
I, myself, think that not all religions require conversion by the sword, but all systems of conversion by the sword are probably religions: commun-ism, social-ism, progressive-ism. racial-ism… “Ism” meaning in use something like: “Consideration above all others.” “Religions” meaning something like bundles of.answers to the big questions.
When the coercion and the doing.of it become the goal, that’s a dangerous, degenerate case: active-ism, the ine thing above all others with all the answers.
