Israel Strikes Hezbollah Targets in Lebanese City of Tyre

The IDF eliminates Islamic Jihad Commander, top bomb makers in Gaza strike.

With Hezbollah continuing its terrorist offensive, Israel on Tuesday struck terrorist targets in the southern Lebanese city of Tyre. The airstrikes came after Israel issued an evacuation order for the city. “The port city of Tyre was hit by strikes this morning, hours after Israel warned residents to leave,” the UK-based Sky News reported.

The evacuation warning was issued amid reports that Hezbollah terrorists had infiltrated the city’s Christian quarter in a bid to use the community as a human shield. “The IDF revealed on Tuesday that the Hezbollah terrorist organization has been embedded inside the Christian neighborhood of the city of Tyre, after fleeing other areas of the southern Lebanese city,” the Jerusalem Post reported.

Meanwhile, the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) is engaged in a ground and aerial operation to destroy terrorist infrastructure of the Iranian proxy group along the country’s northern border. “We will continue to deepen the damage to the Hezbollah terrorist organization and defend the communities of northern Israel,” Israel’s military chief, Lt. Gen. Eyal Zamir said on Tuesday. “The troops are currently operating in several areas and dismantling terrorist infrastructure, including a significant underground facility in the Beaufort area that Hezbollah used as a firing base and command center for directing combat operations.”

Despite President Donald Trump announcing a temporary ceasefire between Israel and Lebanon in April, Hezbollah has continued its attacks on Israeli troops and civilians despite a ceasefire. Last week, Israel and Lebanon again agreed to implement a ceasefire, only to be rejected by the Iranian proxy terrorist group.

Iran resumed its missile and drone campaign against Israel on Sunday, citing the defense of Hezbollah as its justification. Israel, on Monday evening, abandoned its retaliatory operation, and the ceasefire was restored after President Trump’s intervention.

Israel eliminates Islamic Jihad Commander, other terrorists in Gaza strike

Several senior terrorists of the Gaza-based Palestinian Islamic Jihad (PIJ) were killed in recent Israeli strikes.

The military, on Monday, “struck in the southern Gaza Strip and eliminated two terrorists from the Islamic Jihad terrorist organization,” the IDF announced on Tuesday. The terrorists were identified as “Iyad Muhammad Abd al-Aziz Nofal – a Nukhba commander in the Islamic Jihad terrorist organization,” and “Ahmad Abd al-Hamid Hamad Ma’arouf – Head of an Islamic Jihad terrorist cell.”

These “two terrorists were planning to carry out imminent terror attacks against IDF troops and were eliminated in order to remove the threat,” the IDF disclosed.

The PIJ is Hamas’s junior terrorist partner in Gaza, and receives weapons, training and funding from Iran.

Additional PIJ jihadists were also eliminated over the weekend, including the group’s leading tunnel diggers and bomb makers:

IDF hits Hamas’s Naval terrorist unit

The IDF also targeted the headquarters of Hamas’s Naval operations in a recent strike in Gaza. On Sunday, “the IDF struck the main headquarters of Hamas’ Naval Police in the Khan Yunis area,” the IDF said in a statement on Tuesday. “The facility was used to advance and execute attacks against IDF troops and the State of Israel. Several terrorists operating from the site were eliminated, including Ismail al-Lahham, a cell commander in Hamas’ military wing.”

According to the IDF, Hamas’s Naval unit was “involved in planning, directing, and executing terrorist activities against IDF troops and the State of Israel.” The unit was trying to “rebuild and reconstitute its capabilities” at the time of the strike.

This terrorist unit has been trying to stage terrorist operations in Israel for more than a decade. In 2014, Hamas used an undersea terror tunnel to stage an attack in southern Israel. The IDF uncovered the tunnel and foiled the plot. During the October 7 attack, the terrorist group used boats in an unsuccessful attempt to infiltrate the southern Israeli town of Zikim.

These Islamofascist/Muslim terrorist scum are like cockroaches; there’s just no end to them.

Israel is fighting this war, alone, when the feckless western, leftist dhimmis should be joining in to decisively destroy all Islamofascists and Muslim terrorists, with extreme prejudice.

Looks like “ceasefire” is going to join “decimate” among the most misused words in the English language.

Trump is playing this wrong.

He’s too focused on trying to find an exit from his adventure with Iran, so he keeps pressuring Israel to unilaterally stop attacking Hezbollah.

Sad, too, because he was off to a decent start when he had the Israeli’s and Lebanese leaders in the WH, meeting for the first time in about a half century.

He’d be far better off ignoring Hezbollah entirely, instead of trying to get them to agree to a ceasefire and then some deal.

Instead, get the government of Lebanon on board with the idea of liberating their country from Hezbollah – with Israel (and possibly US) help.

If you want to actually resolve this conflict, that might actually succeed in doing it.
