Bill Maher Slams the Left for Wishing Trump Was Killed at WHCA Dinner
“If you’re one of these people – and there’s many in this country – who watched that and was disappointed the president wasn’t killed… you’re not a good person. Or a smart person.”
Bill Maher denounced leftists this weekend for wishing that the WHCA dinner shooter had succeeded in killing President Trump last week. He deserves credit for picking up the media’s slack on this issue. We don’t hear nearly enough of this message.
The left has an absolute bloodlust these days, and they’re not shy about showing it.

“Real Time” host Bill Maher was quick to address the White House Correspondents’ Association (WHCA) Dinner shooting during his Friday show, condemning those who expressed disappointment that President Donald Trump was not killed.
The Washington D.C., shooting, which reportedly targeted Trump administration officials, has intensified concerns over the dangerous repercussions of charged political rhetoric.
“Let’s get the ugly news about the political violence out of the way first,” Maher said during Friday’s episode of his HBO show.
“If you’re one of these people – and there’s many in this country – who watched that and was disappointed the president wasn’t killed… you’re not a good person. Or a smart person.”
The left-leaning comedian did not pull back his criticisms of Trump but argued the president is not as extreme as some critics say.
“Certainly, Trump has often not been good, decent or kind,” Maher said. “But he’s not Hitler!”
Maher, a vocal Trump critic, took a moment to defend the president against Hitler accusations, warning of the fatal risks of such labels.
“This is why I was against this ‘He’s Hitler’ bulls—t,” Maher asserted.
“If you really believe that he is a Hitler McPedophile, then you kind of have to kill him. That’s the mentality they have.”

It’s a little annoying that Bill had to try to ‘both sides’ the issue, but by addressing it, he is still miles ahead of the mainstream media.

So Pritzker says Trump needs to be “good and kind,” when what we have in Trump is intelligence, competence, vision, and effectivness. He’s no wuss.
Respect is necessary. Our president doesn’t need to be liked. He needs to be respected. You can hate his guts with a blind purple passion and still respect him – _IF_ you’re honest about it.

Seriously, if you’ve never read the late Scott Adams book “Win Bigly” do yourself a big favor and do so.
In 2016, Trump wasn’t even my third choice but for some reason I picked up Adams book and after that everything Trump does makes sense. I’m not saying I agree with everything Trump does but it does explain it.
For instance, Trump’s second term official photo is indistinguishable from his famous mugshot. Now, there’s an enormous banner on the corner of the Justice Department building in DC with this photo looking down on the district’s denizens like Big Brother. His face has to be 20’ tall. If you hate Trump, it’s the worst thing ever. If you’re in on the joke, it’s hysterical.
Maher should have Trump on his show. I don’t know how Maher would pull it off but I’m sure Trump would love it.
