Trump on Iran: ‘The Big Wave Hasn’t Even Happened. The Big One is Coming Soon’
Trump: “We’re knocking the crap out of them. I think it’s going very well. It’s very powerful.”
CNN’s Jake Tapper said that President Donald Trump told him that the operation against Iran isn’t over.
In fact, it sounds like we can expect even more destructive strikes:
But what, right now, we want everyone staying inside. It’s not safe out there. And then the President said, it’s about to get even less safe. He said, quote, “We haven’t even started hitting them hard. The big wave hasn’t even happened. The big one is coming soon.” We asked him about a bunch of other stuff too, that I’m writing up and we’ll share later on.
Trump reportedly also told Tapper that the U.S. has been doing more than the attacks “to help the Iranian people regain control of Iran against the regime.”
Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Gen. Dan Caine already confirmed that the U.S. will redirect more military forces to the Middle East as the operation against Iran continues.

Trump would not give a timeline of the operation, much like Secretary of War Pete Hegseth:
The President said, quote, “We’re knocking the crap out of them. I think it’s going very well. It’s very powerful. We’ve got the greatest military in the world, and we’re using it.”
I asked the president how long he thought this military operation or war might last. He said, quote, “I don’t want to see it go on too long. I always thought it would be four weeks. And we’re a little ahead of schedule.”
Both Caine and Hegseth stressed that the operation would not be resolved overnight.
“First, to be clear, as the Secretary [Hegseth] said, this is not a single overnight operation,” said Caine. “The military objectives that CENTCOM and the Joint Force have been tasked with will take some time to achieve, and in some cases, will be difficult and gritty work.”

Mary wrote the article not Elizabeth!
“Oh, It’s the BIG ONE… You hear that Elizabeth? I’m coming to join you, honey.”
Quoting from the hit 1970″s sitcom- Fred Sanford, ‘Sanford and Son.’

never watched it
No Big One yet, but I did walk-off two small ones. My boy scout leader was a WWII vet who’s solution for everything, including a broken leg, was to just “walk it off.”
Suck it up buttercup and put your big boy pants on
MTG is probably worried about Jewish space lasers.
so minnesota is going to be freed!!!!?!?!?!?

Wow, were we ever lied to by the “peace President.” No more forever wars, no more nation building he said and here we are. Dead soldiers, three close to $100M a pop fighter jets lost in 3 days and we’re back making a mess in the Middle East.
Things went so smashingly well in Iraq, Libya, Syria and Yemen it was time for more wasted lives and resources.
News for you, we don’t have the money for all these foreign excursions. We are broke. Close to dead broke. Trump was supposed to start to fix that and maintain peace as he did in his first term. What a crock of bleep.
Trump’s actually ending a “forever war,” or were you not yet born in 1979 when this war started? There are many people, myself (a former Infantry soldier who well remembers what “444” means) included, who think kicking Iran’s ass for the thousands of US lives they’ve taken over the decades.
By the way, F-15C and D models cost $29 million apiece, not $100 million. And I suspect the Kuwaitis will reimburse us for their mistake. Be glad all pilots and Wizzos survived.
The only REAL crock of bleep here is your whinging.
Lobbing missiles into a country like Iran has never ended any war. We are now at a peak uncertain moment once again and the risks are being grossly underestimated. I am old enough to remember 1979 and certainly old enough to remember Irag and Afghanistan each of which was expected to be a brief military encounter that then dragged into more than a decade at a cost of thousands of lives and trillions of dollars. Again, we do not have the money for these engagements. We are broke and headed for fiscal ruin if we do not solve our deficit issues.
The replacement cost for the those aircraft will run close to 100M each. 29M is what it cost to produce them 25 years ago. Very happy the crews survived.
Thank you for your service.
Panties all twisted up? Only a weasely moron would post that drivel.
The Iranian theocracy has been doling out misery across the Middle East for 47 years, aided by simps like yourself and Obama. Have some backbone.
All Israel and the US did was kill a war-mongering cleric and his assigned thugs. The regional stability without them will create investment into the country, wealth to their oppressed people, and possibly happiness for the Middle East populations.
Also the Strikes will send a powerful message to China, North Korea, Russia, Cuba, and Ukraine.
We just under cut the oil (energy) to China from Venezuela and Iran in 60 days which will begin to cripple another bad actor on the world stage.
As if there aren’t a hundred more “war mongering clerics” lined up to take his place.
In the list of top global issues facing the United State, the problems caused by Iran doesn’t make the top 20. Number 1 is our deficit/debt problem which is existential and this engagement only makes it worse. Add it that higher energy prices have the potential to re-ignite inflation, an issue hurting Republicans in the moment, and this makes even less sense.
Russia, Maylasia, Brazil, etc will gladly step in to provide oil to China. This is a 5th order effect at best.
Why does he talk to fake news CNN?
They are true enemies of the Republic
Because every time he does they have to call him the President 😁😁
Great song. Finally happened. After. 46 years. Thank Trump.

One additional positive thing about the action is that a lot of people’s true colors are being demonstrated by them. I’m referring to college groups, entertainers, politicians, religious clerics, etc…. Afterwards we will know definitively who is on the side of the angels and who isn’t.
established for sure during the dem19 agenda
Good point. The ‘Blame America First Crowd’ is falling all over themselves in their rush to the microphones. There’s also a few folks who want Congressional approval prior to undertaking military operations but where they’ve been consistent in that stance I’d say cut some slack but absolutely no slack to those who are opportunistic only choosing to remember or apply it when a GoP Admin acts or where the US cooperates with Israel.
Hegseth is proving to be highly competent and won’t be lured by bad Washington DC actors into making foolish military commitments.
He certainly ranks among the best of WWII strategic planners.
Hegseth is such a strategic genius, that they ordered both Mexican and Chinese takeout to the Pentagon during the prep stages to throw off the pizza joint monitors.
Nothing worse than cold Mexican food
cold pizza, on the other hand… breakfast of champions
Except hot ceviche.
“We’re knocking the crap out of them. I think it’s going very well. It’s very powerful.”
Trumps turns of phrase are hardly what one would consider “presidential.”
However, he may actually be the perfect communicator to three generations of Americans educated in Democrat union public schools.
