This morning, a video of French First Lady Brigitte Macron shoving President Emmanuel Macron in the face took social media by storm.
The couple landed in Vietnam for a state visit.
The media caught the incident right after Macron’s plane door opened.
Macron appeared in shock before he regained his composure and waved to the crowd.
Macron disappeared in Brigitte’s direction before reemerging with her.
The couple walked down the stairs, but their body language was…man. They appeared stiff and uncomfortable. I think Macron offered Brigitte his arm, but she didn’t even acknowledge him.
Brigitte kept her head down the whole time.

An Englishman, a Frenchman, a ravishing blonde and an old lady are sharing a compartment on a train as it winds its way through the Alps.

I have been married to a French woman for 58 years and she has never engaged in this type of behavior . But I can tell you that French women never surrender either. The men, perhaps. Never the women.
I’m curious what proceeded this. They’re on a state plane, I’m assuming full of his staffers and sycophants, and a protection detail. She’s either nuts or something angered or terrified her enough to hit a head of state in the face. On camera. In an environment where no one is going to back her. I wonder whatit was.

No one who initiates violence to any degree has any moral claim as a victim when the person they put their hands on chooses to fight back. If you start a physical conflict don’t be upset that your opponent finishes it.

Please provide the complete rule set for battery and violence in marriage, the date it was incorporated into current law and the stats demonstrating the lack of criminal complaints, absence of charges and lack of any convictions for violence within marriages to support your claim that ‘the rules are different for married couples’.
