I watched John Thune on Fox last night. There is zero percent chance that Thune will be an enthusiastic supporter of getting the administrative state under control. Here are some fun facts: (1) Thune is a career “public servant” who has never worked in the “for profit” sector; (2) Thune may have a conservative voting record, but RINOs tend to vote conservative when they have no choice and South Dakota would have little appetite for Tom Daschle, Jr.; (3) if not for Trump, Thune would be the MINORITY leader; (4) no, Thune, the Democrats won’t help you confirm Trump’s nominees who are committed to draining the swamp; and (5) Thune voted to confirm Merritt Garland (which either means the “vetting” process failed or Thune’s standards for confirming are lower for Democrat presidents than Republicans presidents–neither are good looks). Time for Trump to remind the nation that the Constitution provides that “The executive power is vested in a President of the United States of America”–not in the deep state. Trump has two years to drain the swamp–Thune needs to help or get out of the way.
Not possible to drain it in 2 years. It will take 2 years to find the drain plug alone. There is nothing so entrenched as a decades old Swamp. A good start is all that can happen with 4 years let alone 2..
Trump found it was not possible to drain the swamp. So he’s adding swamp cleaner and purifier which will prove toxic to most swamp creatures. It’s a green energy concept designed to recycle dirty swamp water and turn it into clean swamp water.

Even if Gaetz or others go down, in their hearings they will expose for all Americans the wrondoings the state used against them and all Americans.
