“This is a threat and call for genocide.”
It’s so disturbing that this is happening in an American city. What are Jewish people supposed to think when they see or hear this?

The men were killed; and others were kept as slaves.

The life of Muhammad is not scripture, but is effectively treated as such.
Most of what is recounted in the life of Muhammad may have been distorted, may not have happened at all, but Muslims are expected to believe it happened.
So Muhammad may not have led the attack on Khaybar, which may or may not have been Jewish, but everyone participating in the chanting believes he did and commends him for it.
