Israel Eliminates Hamas Terrorist Who Murdered Father in Front of Kids on October 7

Hamas terror commander, who murdered an Israeli father in front of his small kids, was eliminated in an Israeli airstrike, the Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) disclosed Tuesday.

Ahmad Fauzi Nasser Muhammad Wadia, the commander of the Hamas terrorist Nukhba forces, paraglided into the Israeli border community of Netiv Ha’asra and oversaw the massacre there. Wadia was captured by a security camera drinking Coca-Cola before the bleeding kids, aged 9 and 13, while their father lay dead.

Gil Taasa, a 46-year-old firefighter, was killed when he jumped on a grenade to shield his sons, Koren (13) and Shai (9). Gil’s 17-year-old son Or was murdered by Wadia’s Nabuka terrorist forces. Koren and Shai managed to escape along with their mother despite severe injuries. Shay later lost his eyesight from a shrapnel wound during the attack.

“In a joint IDF and ISA [Israel Security Agency] operation, the IAF [Israel Air Force] struck a compound where Hamas terrorists were operating in Gaza City. Eight Hamas terrorists from the Daraj Tuffah Battalion were eliminated during the strike, including Ahmed Fozi Nazer Muhammad Wadia, the commander of the Nukhba Company in the Daraj Tuffah Battalion and a member of Hamas’ paragliding unit,” the Israeli military said in a press release Tuesday. “On October 7th, Wadia invaded the community of Netiv HaAsara using a paraglider and took command of the massacre of civilians carried out by Hamas terrorists in the community.”

The Israeli news website YNET reported the Ta’asa family’s horrific plight on October 7:

After the terrorists murdered [Gil] Ta’asa in front of his children, Wadia was caught on the family’s security cameras opening the refrigerator and drinking Coca-Cola right in front of the two injured and bleeding children. This footage is considered one of the most shocking recordings from the massacre and was included in the IDF Spokesperson’s “Horror Film.” (…)

Gil, a security officer, was killed by Hamas terrorists when he jumped on a grenade to save his two children in a shelter in a community within the Ashkelon Coast Regional Council. His son, Or, went surfing at Zikim Beach on Saturday morning and was also killed during the surprise attack. His wife, Sabine, survived, along with their three other children—Zohar, who was with her that morning, Koren, 13, and Shai, 9, who were with their father.

Later, Koren recounted the events of that morning, explaining that when the events began, his father took the gun but was killed when he jumped on a grenade thrown by the terrorists at the shelter. “We left the shelter and saw two terrorists standing in front of us,” he shared. “I tried to open Google Translate to tell the terrorist I wanted to go back to my mother, but instead he logged into Facebook and started recording my father. Then he slapped me on the neck, and I said ‘help, help’ in English, hoping he would leave me alone and let me go—Shai just stared at our father.”

On October 7, Gil Taasa (47) jumped on a grenade hurled by Hamas terrorists, saving the lives of his two children, Koren (12) and Shay (8).

Eight other terrorists, including an unnamed senior Hamas operative responsible for the breaching of the Israeli border fence on October 7, were also killed in the Israel airstrike. “An additional terrorist eliminated in the strike was responsible for several combat specialties in the Daraj Tuffah Battalion, including engineering, sniping, and anti-tank operations, and was responsible for supplying the explosives used to blow up the security fence in the Daraj Tuffah Battalion’s area during the October 7th Massacre,” the IDF disclosed in the statement.

Gil Taasa was in a bomb shelter with his sons, Shai, 8, and Koren, 12, when #HamasRapists threw a grenade inside.

Gil heroically jumped on the grenade to save his sons. Gil died, both boys were severely injured.

IDF destroys mile-long Hamas tunnel with transportation rail for moving terrorists and weapons

As IDF’s offensive against Hamas enters its eleventh month, the Israeli ground troops continue to uncover massive terrorist infrastructure built beneath Gaza. The IDF engineers in northern Gaza destroyed a mile-long terror tunnel equipped with a rail system for moving terrorist fighters and weapons, Israeli media reported Tuesday.

“IDF troops unearthed and destroyed an underground attack tunnel route that ran for over a kilometer and contained a transportation rail in the Beit Lahia area in the northern Gaza Strip,” the Jerusalem Post reported. “Engineering troops of the Gaza Division, the Northern Gaza Brigade, and the Yahalom Unit destroyed the tunnel route.”

“Troops from the Engineering Unit of the Gaza Division and the Northern Gaza Brigade, in collaboration with the Yahalom Unit, uncovered and destroyed, based on prior intelligence information, an attack underground tunnel route of Hamas in the Beit Lahia area,” the IDF revealed Tuesday. “The length of the destroyed tunnel route exceeds one kilometer.”

“The tunnel route that was destroyed was located and investigated over the past few weeks. The troops identified weapons, electrical infrastructure, and a transportation rail within the tunnel route,” the IDF added.

UK’s Labor gov suspends key arm sales to Israel

Days after Hamas executed six Israeli hostages, UK’s recently-elected Labour government suspended the sale of key weapons to Jerusalem.

The move is devised to weaken Israel’s military capabilities in its ongoing war against the terrorist group Hamas. Keir Starmer’s government has blocked the supply of parts for fighter plans, helicopters and drones. The ban also covers targeting systems being used against terrorists in Gaza, UK news reports suggest.

“The suspension covers licences for equipment that the UK assesses is for use by Israel in the conflict in Gaza, including components of military aircraft such as fighter aircraft, helicopters and drones. It also includes items that facilitate ground targeting,” the London-based Financial Times reported Tuesday.

The Associated Press reported Monday night:

U.K. Prime Minister Keir Starmer’s government said Monday that it’s suspending exports of some weapons to Israel because they could be used to break international law — a move with limited military impact intended to increase pressure by Israel’s frustrated allies for an end to the war in Gaza.

Foreign Secretary David Lammy said the U.K. government had concluded there is a “clear risk” some items could be used to “commit or facilitate a serious violation of international humanitarian law.”

He told lawmakers the decision related to about 30 of 350 existing export licenses for equipment “that we assess is for use in the current conflict in Gaza,” including parts for military planes, helicopters and drones, along with items used for ground targeting.

The decision wasn’t “a determination of innocence or guilt” about whether Israel had broken international law, and wasn’t an arms embargo, he said.
