Days After Hamas Executed Hostages, Biden Blames Netanyahu For Not “Doing Enough” To Get Deal

Days After Hamas Executed Hostages, Biden Blames Netanyahu For Not “Doing Enough” To Get Deal

Israel rejects accusation. Also today, Hamas threatened to release videos showing ‘last messages’ of 6 murdered hostages.

Days after Israeli military recovered the bullet-riddled bodies of six hostages, Jerusalem has rebuffed President Joe Biden’s claim that Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu was ‘not doing enough’ to finalize a ceasefire and hostage deal with the terrorist group Hamas.

President Biden at a White House on Monday announced that his administration was close to reaching a deal with Hamas, but criticised the Israeli leader for not being fully on board with the proposal.

“U.S. President Joe Biden said on Monday he was close to presenting a final proposal for a deal to release hostages held by Hamas in Gaza and said he did not think Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu was doing enough to secure such an agreement,” Reuters reported.

Israeli officials rejected President Biden’s claim, reminding that is Hamas that has repeatedly rejected White House-backed ceasefire proposals, the Axios reported Monday:

A senior Israeli source said “it is puzzling that president Biden is pressing Prime Minister Netanyahu, who agreed to the U.S. proposal as early as May 31 and to the U.S. bridging proposal on August 16, and not Hamas leader Yahya Sinwar, who continues to vehemently refuse any deal.”

The Israeli source added that Biden’s remark “is especially dangerous when it is made just days after Hamas executed six Israeli hostages, including an American citizen.”

Hamas threatens to release video showing ‘last message’ of 6 murdered hostages

Hamas on Monday released a short clip showing the six murdered hostages conforming their identity on camera, Israeli media reports say.

In a depraved bid to torment the grieving families and demoralize the Israeli society, the terrorist group is ‘threatening’ to release their ‘last message,’ recorded shortly before their brutal execution.

The Jerusalem Post reported:

Hamas has released a video on Telegram on Monday showing the six recently slain hostages speaking into a camera, while also announcing that it will release their “last message to the world” before they were killed.

In the video, all six hostages whose bodies were found by the IDF on Sunday are seen confirming their identities before cutting to still threatening to release their “last messages.”

The video ends with a threat to release the message in the coming hours.

Autopsy concludes that Hamas murdered hostages hours before rescue

The Israeli forensic experts conclude that Hamas terrorists executed six hostages hours before their bodies were recovered by the military in southern Gaza.

The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) on Saturday retrieved the bodies of six hostages, including two women and a U.S. national, who were murdered by Hamas terrorists and dumped inside a terror tunnel in Rafah.

The murdered hostages were identified as former Richmond resident Hersh Goldberg-Polin, 23, Eden Yerushalmi, 24, Ori Danino, 25, Alex Lubnov, 32, Carmel Gat, 40, and Almog Sarusi, 27. All hostages, except Kibbutz Be’eri resident Carmel Gat, were kidnapped from the Nova music festival on October 7. Gat was visiting her parent at Kibbutz Be’eri.

All six bodies had multiple bullet wounds and were shot at point-blank range by terrorists, the Israeli doctors discovered in the autopsy. “The six dead hostages recovered from the Gaza Strip over the weekend were killed 48 to 72 hours before their autopsy, meaning between Thursday and Friday morning, the Health Ministry said Sunday,” The Times of Israel reported. “The ministry added that an examination carried out by Abu Kabir Forensic Institute found that all six hostages were shot multiple times from close range, indicating they were executed.”

Israel’s i24NEWS TV reported:

The Ministry of Health announced Sunday evening that the six bodies of the abductees, extracted from the Gaza Strip a day earlier, arrived this morning at the National Center of Forensic Medicine for autopsies.

The examination found that the abductees were murdered by Hamas terrorists with several close-range gunshot wounds.

They were identified as Ori Danino, Alex Lubnov, Almog Sarusi, Hersh Goldberg-Polin, Carmel Gat, and Eden Yerushalmi.

The forensic examination also concluded that the abductees died during Thursday to early Friday morning, about 48 to 72 hours before their examination.

“We are hoping for the quick return of all the abductees,” the ministry said. “We’re partaking in the deep mourning of the Goldberg-Polin, Yerushalmi, Danino, Sarusi, Gat, and Lubnov families.”

“We did not know their exact location, we acted with extra caution after locating Farhan Kadi nearby,” the IDF said after bringing the bodies back. “The abductees were found about a kilometer away from where Farhan was located. It’s impossible to describe with words what the abductees have been through since October 7th. This news shakes us all. The abductees were brutally killed by Hamas terrorists a short time before we got to them.”

Bullet-riddled hostage bodies found in 20-meter deep terror tunnel

The bullet-riddled bodies of the hostages were uncovered from a 20 meter deep tunnel. The IDF did not have the precise location of the hostages, but was aware that Hamas was holding hostages in the area.

“Israeli forces discovered the bodies of six hostages in a 65-foot-deep [approximately 20 meter] tunnel in Rafah, approximately a kilometer from where hostage Farhan Alkadi was recently freed,” the Israel news website YNET reported Monday. “The IDF had no precise intelligence on the hostages’ location in recent months but knew there were captives in the sector, leading to a gradual and cautious operation in Rafah since the ground offensive began.”

IDF Chief of the General Staff, Lieutenant General Herzi Halevi, and other senior military officials on Sunday visited the Hamas terror tunnel in Rafah where bodies were discovered, the military disclosed in a statement. The Hamas-held stronghold of Rafah is still an active combat zone.

Thousands attend funeral of American-Israeli hostage Hersh Goldberg-Polin

Thousands of Israelis, including country’s President Isaac Herzog, gathered in Jerusalem for the funeral procession of the 23-year-old American-Israeli Hersh Goldberg-Polin.

“Thousands arrived at the Kehillat Yerushalayim Funeral Home near the Har Hamenuchot Cemetery in Jerusalem on Monday afternoon to pay their final respects to American-Israeli Hersh Goldberg-Polin, who was murdered in captivity by Hamas terrorists last week,” Israeli broadcaster Arutz Sheva reported Monday. “Israeli President Isaac Herzog spoke at the funeral.”

Large demonstrations were held in Tel Aviv and other Israel cities in solidarity with the remaining hostage languishing in Hamas captivity since October 7.

IDF destroys Hamas terror base inside abandoned Gaza school

Israeli airstrike om Sunday destroyed a Hamas command and control center operating inside an abandoned school in northern Gaza, the IDF disclosed Sunday.

“A short while ago, with the direction of IDF and ISA intelligence, the IAF struck Hamas terrorists who were operating within a command and control center embedded inside the area that previously served as the “Safad” school in Gaza City,” the Israeli military announced. “The command and control center was used by Hamas terrorists to plan and carry out terror attacks against the IDF and the State of Israel.”

While Hamas executes Israeli hostage and uses Gaza residents as human shield, the Israeli military undertook painstaking effort to minimize civilian casualties in the airstrike. “Prior to the strike, numerous steps were taken to mitigate the risk of harming civilians, including the use of precise munitions, aerial surveillance, and additional intelligence,” the IDF assured.

Netanyahu “…didn’t do enough…” to secure the release of the murdered hostages? Translated into plain English, this means that Netanyahu refuses to surrender to Hamas. Biden’s long summer vacation has not made him any less despicable than he has been for 50 years.

November is coming. Democrat administrations makes the entire world unsafe.

Having a pillow princess as president, along with her emotional support dog, will make the world even more unsafe.

Good luck with that.

Because Brandon and Kamalalala Ding Dong care so much about Americans they couldn’t be bothered with this other than to point fingers. Too bad Brandon didn’t have a backbone and actually demand Hamas release the American hostages. At least he might have not built a $200 million pier to nowhere.

If you travel overseas you are taking your life in your hands as Brandon has demonstrated that unless you are a black lesbian basketball player the US will do nothing for you.

Ironic.

Twitter is nauseating with the number of terrorist simps assuring us that no one was tortured, that it’s Israel’s fault Hamas wouldn’t agree to US ceasefire deals, and that the atrocities never happened, because it’s Israel reporting them, totally ignoring the live streaming done by the terrorists themselves.

Every single one of them needs to be forced to watch every single minute of Hamas’ own footage, and then be sent to live with the “peace loving” Palestinians they adore. With no opportunity to come home for at least a year.

Some folks have all the answers. Just stroll over to the leader of Hamas and shake hands. Apologize and roll back to the way things were October 6 and let them have another go. What a great solution. (Sarc)

I’m old enough to remember when our country had a policy of no negotiations with terrorists.

I can say the same about the Russian-Ukraine war…..but that war seems special to Biden. Hmmm

The only intelligent way to deal with hostage takers is to consider the hostages dead and go after the hostage takers, everyone they care about, and everyone who supported them in any way, and bring them pain and suffering (before their ultimate, ignoble death) like they never imagined.

As to Israel, the only way to deal with arab attacks is to take land – AND TO KEEP IT!!! That is what will stop arab aggression. When Israel gives back land that it took it only emboldens arabs to try again and again and again – as we have seen the arab world, in one bit or another, run the exact same war against Israel every ten years, like clockwork – and they almost won twice, already – 1948 and 1973 – with Israel only having been saved by pure luck.

Hostage takers have to know that they will surely die and that everyone they care about will die because of their hostage taking. If the hostages can be rescued, eventually, that is great but hostages must be considered dead when they are taken and the pursuit and punishment of all involved pressed until the end. Yes, you try to rescue hostages, but you never, ever, ever negotiate for them in any way. Negotiation only leads to more hostages being taken in the future, as this incident clearly showed.

There is no way that the Hamas leadership should be allowed to live in luxury in Qatar spending their billions of ill-gotten gains.

A true American leadership would confiscate their billions to use as funds for a new non radical Gaza and force Qatar to turn them over to the Israeli authorities.

Thirty-three Americans murdered by Hamas plus six more kidnapped and abused with no consequences from the Biden/Harris regime.

Biden AND Harris. They both supposedly met in the situation room today before that statement was put out. Biden and Harris are very clear in their belief that Netanyahu is not doing enough to assist Harris in her election campaign by surrendering to the demands of Hamas.

What a despicable dirty , evil old man

Biden and Harris are doing everything they can to save Sinwar and Hamas. The American people, because of the decrepit state of the MSM, are unable to remember when Hamas was on the terrorist list and unable to receive any US funding, directly or indirectly. Instead Biden has given Hamas over a billion dollars.

The top photo says it all; Pres’dint FoggyBrain.

Obama’s White House crew haaate Jews with a purple passion. Ring kissing, deferential Jews, are tolerated as long as the ring kissing is vigorous and heartfelt.

If Harris wins, I don’t think it’s possible to overstate how dangerous the world will become. It just won’t be Israel fighting for its existence.

Biden and his handlers are evil. Dhimmi-crats are evil.

They undermine, vilify and hinder Israel and the IDF, at every opportunity; whitewash, rationalize and excuse Hamas’s murders, rapes, kidnappings and atrocities; stupidly and contemptibly regurgitate and parrot transparently mendacious and deceitful Hamas/Fakestinian propaganda; and, then possess the brazen gall to blame Israel for hostages’ deaths.

Pure evil. We cannot allow these snakes and devils to win in November.

How about start destroying Gaza one square kilometer at a time each week until the hostages are returned? Just level the buildings then bounce the rubble for a week then move on to the adjacent grid square. Repeat until the hostages are released or Gaza is completely destroyed.

I’m pretty sure that this proposal is an open-and-shut “war crime” by current standards.

This is exactly and precisely what Hamas wants.

Almost everything that Hamas and Huzb’allah and Abbas and Khameini do is to lure Israel into “commiting a war crime. “ that they can prosecute at ICJ etc

    ———

Any country or organization that intends to survive beyond 2024 better get used to the everyday use of hostage taking, hostage videos, hostage torture videos, hostage murder videos. Etc.

I cannot imagine the pain they’re experiencing but still — I’m a bit surprised and a bit embarrassed for some of the Israeli histrionics on display — What did they imagine really was going to be the outcome jeeez Makes me wonder how much of this is SamanthaPower-financed and scripted

There’s no such thing as “war crimes”.

Well, there are “war crimes trials”

        – which have effects

        – and which have verdicts

        – which have effects.

I think it is Sundance at Conservative Treehouse who argues that the point of these lawfare tactics is not so much to win or lose any individual case (though it’s that too), it’s more about damaging the target — reputation, finances, self-confidence, future ability to act decisively etc.

They’re already accused of “war crimes” anyway, so they might as well commit some.

Really the solution was there from the beginning, the day after Simhat Torah, when some ministers proclaimed that not a drop of water, not a morsel of food, not a kilowatt/hour of electricity would enter the strip until the hostages were all returned. Unfortunately Netanyahu overruled them the same day, for fear that it would be called a “war crime”.

The irony of the vile Dhimmi-crats’ hindering and undermining of IDF operations is that they’re contemptibly prolonging this war, and, by extension, the self-inflicted suffering of the Fakestinian “civilians” who gleefully elected and overwhelmingly support the genocidal Hamas terrorist regime, and, whom the Dhimmi-crats claim to care oh-so much about.

The war would be over, duplicitous and greasy terror-sponsor, Qatar, (with fairly leveled threats made by a competent U.S. president) would have given up its Hamas guests (or, faced destruction of its oil infrastructure, pipelines, terminals, storage tanks, etc.), and, a better day would be dawning in Gaza, Israel, and, the middle east, at-large.

IMO leaving Gaza alone but doing that with Iran’s oil infrastructure would be more effective now.

There is blood on Biden and Harris’ little overly manicured hands. I remember Harris saying that Israel could not go into Rafah and she should know because “she studied the maps.” If both of those brain dead fools had gotten out of Israel’s way and stopped threatening and manipulating them from entering Rafah then many more may have been rescued.

I would think you would need proof that any hostages are still alive before negotiating same as in kidnapping and paying ransom.

“If hostages are dead, we will kill you.”

Maybe Hiden will be taken hostage by Hamas, but I doubt we’d be that lucky. So the Polins pleaded with other world leaders for help and got nothing. No calls for Hamas and company to stand down, only calls for Israel to surrender. Just to perpetuate never ending wars. The world could end this crap once and for all, but we don’t. FJB and FKH and FTW!

FJB is a devout Catholic. He’ll even tell you so. After his meeting with Pseudopope Francis, he came out saying Francis said something like, “Keep on doing what you’re doing, Joey.”

Biden is an evil, stupid, thoughtless bastard. What would possess someone to blame Netanyahu?

What part of “From the river to the sea does FJB not understand. Hamas wants dead Jews. “Two state solution” is just silly talk.

There will never be a two state solution and it will never be because the “palestinians” refuse to accept that Israel does and will exist. This has been the case for decades, and it will continue to be the case into the future. If the “palestineans” lay down their arms, the fighting stops. If the Israelis do so, there will be no more Israel.

Their fate was never going to be anything but murdered.

Unbelievable! He has no condemnation for Hamas after the corpse of a bullet-ridden 23 year old California born American citizen is recovered!

Even Neville Chamberlain renounced appeasement — eventually.

One wonders whether anyone in Washington will speak out.

If Blinken or Sullivan or Austen had even a smidgen of personal integrity, or honour, he or they would just admit the obvious.

I can see Blinken especially , the Stuart Smalley of International Affairs, sitting in front of his mirror reciting his Daily Affirmations whilst France’s churches burn, and UK’s girls get stabbed.

/smh

and Americans get murdered, kidnapped, raped. And murdered. On his watch.

It really is quite remarkable. Almost anybody else who was as demonstrably bad at his job — would resign.

Every child who has ever competed in sports gets to a level when one realizes that the other players are just too good. And we go find other things to do in life. Even if you reach pro level, eventually you age out. We all must face reality, sooner or later.

But not good ol Antony Blinken. He just just continues to screw up and then screw up some more.

Why doesn’t anyone say to him “Antony maybe you’re just not very good at this stuff. “ Why can’t he see it for himself?

Hey Israel. Hey Japan. Hey Philippines. Hey Taiwan. Hey Australia. Remember: In the USA, you have: No more unreliable friend. No more paper tiger of a foe.

    Yer all on yer own

I find myself in agreement with Biden. Netanyahu is not doing enough. He should have started carpet bombing GAZA from the very beginning. and continued until the total surrender of Hamas. The path laid out by the Allies some 80+ years ago provided the roadmap. Those who support Hamas are just as responsible for the war as Hamas is. His weak leadership has prolonged the war and may ultimately lead to the destruction of Israel.

Has the Harris-Biden Administration cut off aid to Hamas yet?
