Trump Slams Harris’s Demand to Keep Microphones on the Entire Debate

You know that Kamala Harris wants another “I’m speaking” moment.

Donald Trump has threatened to skip the September 10 debate because Kamala Harris wants to change the debate rule to keep the microphones muted as the other spoke.

The Democrats demanded CNN mute the microphones when Trump debated Joe Biden so he couldn’t interrupt. Now they want the microphones to stay open:

Harris campaign senior advisor, Brian Fallon, said that ABC and other networks should encourage both Trump and Harris to keep their mics on throughout the entirety of the debate.

“We have told ABC and other networks seeking to host a possible October debate that we believe both candidates’ mics should be live throughout the full broadcast,” Fallon said. “Our understanding is that Trump’s handlers prefer the muted microphone because they don’t think their candidate can act presidential for 90 minutes on his own. We suspect Trump’s team has not even told their boss about this dispute because it would be too embarrassing to admit they don’t think he can handle himself against Vice President Harris without the benefit of a mute button. The Vice President is ready to deal with Trump’s constant lies and interruptions in real time. Trump should stop hiding behind the mute button.”

You know that Kamala Harris wants another “I’m speaking” moment.

Donald Trump agreed to three debates with Harris, who only picked two dates.

Do not ever give these people an inch:

After Trump suggested in a Truth Social post that he might skip the ABC debate on Sept. 10 in Philadelphia, spokesman Jason Miller said the Harris campaign was trying to change the set-up of the debate that had already been laid out.

“Enough with the games,” Trump spokesperson Jason Miller told Fox News Digital in a statement. “We accepted the ABC debate under the exact same terms as the CNN debate.”

Miller did not directly answer whether Trump would be present at the September debate, instead criticizing the Harris campaign for trying to avoid a debate with the former president.

“The Harris camp, after having already agreed to the CNN rules, asked for a seated debate, with notes, and opening statements. We said no changes to the agreed upon rules,” Miller wrote. “If Kamala Harris isn’t smart enough to repeat the messaging points her handlers want her to memorize, that’s their problem. This seems to be a pattern for the Harris campaign. They won’t allow Harris to do interviews, they won’t allow her to do press conferences, and now they want to give her a cheat-sheet for the debate. My guess is that they’re looking for a way to get out of any debate with President Trump. Regardless, there’s no way Harris is ready to be Commander in Chief.”

Enough BS about the debates…how about Harris start by talking about her policy positions to the press?

It’s always a trap they are trying to pull, it’s just figuring out what it is. This one does seem obvious so kudos to DJT.

Oh, dear Donald! LET her have the mics left on!

Just keep your yap shut during her turns, but let her interrupt you during yours.

When she does so, just continue speaking like she doesn’t exist, and do NOT raise the volume of your voice. Let the moderators – if they are of a mind to do so – tell her to stop. Make her look the ditzy broad everyone deep down in their hearts know that she is.

Trump beat Hillary’s cheat scheme and lost to Biden’s scheme.
I doubt he will lose this one as the cheating will be too obvious, therefore I expect a horrid October surprise.

That’s a bogus story. Harris is changing a lot of rules, like opening statement, crib sheet, seated. Trump wants everybody to wing it.

They insisted on the September 10 debate because it was already set, but apparently they thought (again) that Trump wouldn’t agree.

Then he agreed. Now they’re trying to make him back out so they can claim (again) that he’s afraid to debate.

In the end the debate will happen and again he’ll wipe the floor with his opponent — and again his opponent will be entirely responsible for the outcome.

LEFTY WANTS THE CONFRONTATION ATMOSPHERE

MAN VS WOMEN

WHITE MAN

VS

“BLACK” WOMEN

Harris is also demanding she be able to sit down during the debate and read from her notes—which of course must be numbered and in the same order as the questions.

I don’t think I want to hear an endless word salad going in the background while I try to hear what Trump is saying.

Trump ranting during the first debate of 2020 against Biden is one of the major reasons why he lost. The fear of this happening again if Trump is given the chance is palpable.

So they figured out Trump is his own worst enemy. He should trade the microphone rule for neutral moderators.

How about Trump agreeing to reconsider the debate rules if both her and Tampon Timmy agree to press conferences by the networks and that includes Fox, Newsmax etc not just the sycophants.

I figure D’s want this because they know Trump won’t be able to contain himself and will interrupt the Jamaican, and that’ll hurt him with women voters.
