Report: Biden Event Staffers Detail Every Move for Him, Including Path to Podium,

“I staffed a simple fundraiser at a private residence, but they treated it like it was a NATO summit with his movements.”

I wonder how many more leaks will come out this week.

Axios reported that White House staffers prepare a document for President Joe Biden for events, detailing every single move.

The documents include pictures showing the “precise path to a podium.”

Before the awful debate, those outside the White House who attended or helped at the events thought the administration had “a meticulous staff.”

One person said: “I staffed a simple fundraiser at a private residence, but they treated it like it was a NATO summit with his movements.”

The event staffers receive documents close to the ones given to the president:

  • One template — a copy of which was obtained by Axios — is short and simple, with one large picture of the event space on each page, accompanied with big text such as: “View from podium,” and “View from audience.”
  • In the five-page document, two pages are separate pictures of, “Walk to podium.”

Those close to Biden when he served as vice president said they never had to go this far with preparations:

The staffer who helped with the fundraiser told Axios: “It surprised me that a seasoned political pro like the president would need detailed verbal and visual instructions on how to enter and exit a room.”

  • A White House official told Axios: “If individuals are not accustomed to seeing advance teams work, that would be a common reaction, whoever the principal is.”
  • Two former aides who worked with Biden during his vice presidency said that at that time his preparation documents were different, and more often relied on site diagrams.

However, no one monitors the vice president’s every single step.

YET, Vice President Kamala Harris’s spokeswoman Kirsten Allen said: “These documents are standard logistical briefing materials and photos for any principal, including the vice president.”

Hhhmmm….interesting.

Can you imagine Axios reporting this 2 weeks ago?

I bet Trump doesn’t need a map to the podium.

And imagine what would happen to any staffer, never mind one in a bunny suit, who aggressively pulled him away from talking to anyone.

But JR will regale us with Trump’s support of trannies in beauty pageants.

But Biden not being able to find his ass without a map and two hands is OK to JR and his loony cuckoo birds.

My take. We had two options. Trump or Biden.

Now we have Trump and a draft pick to be named later. None of those are capable of winning against Trump. But that does not mean we need to sit on our hands in November.

I don’t think the DNC can legally not announce the draft pick until after the actual election, which I’m sure they would if they could, so the pick will be announced at the DNC meeting. Since there is no consensus yet on a replacement for Kamala my bet is she is the pick by default. Not as top of ticket but as Joe’s replacement post-election. Worst case she keeps the female and black vote on side.

It’s the DNC. Doing things legally has never been their thing,

I don’t think the DNC can legally not announce the draft pick until after the actual election,

That’s confusingly worded, but yes, they can legally announce their change of candidate after the general election, at any time until the real election in December. Remember that in November we’re not voting for a president, we’re voting for electors who will vote for a president. Those electors are pledged and loyal to their party; at any time until they vote, the DNC can announce that their candidate is now Jane Smith, and all Democrat electors are expected to vote for her.

          “her”

Of course they don’t have to, but Democrats aren’t into individualism

And here he comes again, to let us know that ANYTHING THE DEMOCRATS DO is absolutely the right thing.

          Please, go away, Democrat.

This is overshadowing the fact that Biden was a marionette of the Deep Sewer since 2008 at the very least. It’s just that now the strings are comically absurd.

    AF_Chief_Master_Sgt in reply to thalesofmiletus. | July 8, 2024 at 8:00 am

It appears that the marionette strings got a bit twisted and knotted because his handler had to go through multiple gyrations to make Biden seem normal.

I’m not surprised by this and in fact would be shocked if they didn’t do briefing documents like this for every president. They are indicative of solid, completed staff work and prevent embarrassing incidents for presidents who have to constantly operate in new environments. Presidents must get it convincingly right the first time so prepping ahead of time is essential.

However, the success of that planning and briefing is dependent on a president who is cable of understanding and executing them. One who has comprehension greater than a rock and memory exceeding that of a goldfish. And that ain’t Joe.

bev in reply to Gosport. | July 8, 2024 at 9:28 am

I actually thought the same thing, albeit it’s probably more necessary for Biden than for others. But Axios is now reporting it, basically, as a hit piece.

henrybowman in reply to bev. | July 8, 2024 at 7:34 pm

Joe walks halfway to the podium… stops… shuffles his index cards… studies the next one… proceeds the rest of the way.

I pity his staff. What a bitch it must be to sweep a venue for snipers when most of them could easily be imaginary.

geronl in reply to Gosport. | July 8, 2024 at 1:22 pm

New environments, maybe. Biden needs these to go to the bathroom. or would if he didn’t have Depends.

Next week we find out that there is a page defining the important words, like “walk”.

It’s beyond obvious the Biden is a puppet, not a President.

rbj1 in reply to Rusty Bill. | July 8, 2024 at 9:01 am

But now a couple of strings have broken on the marionette puppet, and can’t be restrung during the show.

It’s not whether or not there’ll be another candidate, it’s whether China Joe* finished this term.

These kinds of directional cards (often hyper-detailed) have been captured by photographers and shared by ‘right wing’ bloggers and tweeters for years….while being either completely ignored by the traditional media or debunked. Here’s 5-minute segment (long by cable news standards) on Anderson Cooper from last year where Cooper whatabouts the practice (by pointing to handwritten notes in Trump’s hand) and then brings on Sanjay Gupta to explain that there’s ‘nothing to indicate cognitive decline”

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IKOusB4FVjU

Late last week, Gupta wrote an editorial at CNN calling for Biden to undergo rigorous neurological tests.

What Axios failed to report is the help Biden gets remembering his lines in front of the audience. Robert Reich travels with Biden and hides inside a compartment in the podium feeding him his lines.

My take is the named president has not changed much this year. However, now that his puppet masters can no longer hide their manipulation, we are suddenly in a crisis. Yet about 50% of the Country believed this 4 years ago because of his “hide in the basement” campaign.

The media is upset they have been outed as narrative managers, the elite politicians are acting surprised with these revelations, and I hope the 50% of the Country that is just finding this out, will be upset they were played for a long time as chumps.

My take is the named president has not changed much this year. However

You know, I’m not so sure. The disturbing episodes where his facial expression goes blank, he looks down and mumbles with absolute incoherence are reasonably new. I think his gait and posture – both functions of the motor cortex located in the frontal lobe – have noticeably worsened since last summer.

mrtomsr in reply to TargaGTS. | July 8, 2024 at 10:18 am

Kind of agree. Because I don’t watch television, I don’t see the nightly news etc. I get my info from a wide variety of sites, including what some consider extremely liberal like MSNBC & CNN. OTOH, the debate gave the Country an extended view that also included the vacuousness in detail that has been censored in the past, so I’m giving the benefit of the doubt that this has been his normal well medicated state.

FWIW, DailyWire scrutinized the White House official transcripts of Biden’s interviews/remarks and picked up a troubling trend:

Biden’s rate of verbal errors more than doubled in the 12 months leading to his disastrous debate, according to a @realdailywire analysis of corrections made by the White House itself to his official transcripts.

The White House just put out a letter- Joe and Jill are not going anywhere. People had their chance to vote him out in the primaries. He is running for them, democracy, and because he is the one who can beat Trump.

“End of quote”….

Seems to me there was also something about his parroting cues/directions out loud at his “inauguration” as well. But of course that was a “right wing conspiracy”….

henrybowman | July 8, 2024 at 7:48 pm

The coup de grace for his presidency would be if the press corps demanded he appear at his “big boy” event with his entire staff… then demanded he point to them one by one and state each one’s “proper” pronouns.
