Labour Party Leader Keir Starmer Becomes Next UK Prime Minister After Landslide Win

BBC: “Worst ever result in Conservative Party history.”

Labour Party leader Keir Starmer has taken the office of the prime minister after a landslide victory in the British general election. Starmer’s Labour Party won a stunning 412 seats in the 650-seat parliament, securing a majority of 168.

“Keir Starmer is officially Britain’s next prime minister after Labour were declared winners of the general election,” the Daily Telegraph reported Friday. The Labour Party leader “travelled to see the King at the palace. He has been appointed as the country’s next prime minister and asked to form an administration.”

Out-going Prime Minister Rishi Sunak’s Conservatives got only 121, suffering the biggest loss in history. The BBC confirmed Thursday’s election outcome as the “[w]orst ever result in Conservative Party history.” Sunak announced his resignation as Prime Minister and stepped down as party leader as a result.

Voters abandoned the Conservative Party in droves after it failed to deliver on Brexit after eight years of inaction. Illegal immigration is now at an all-time high after 14 years of Conservative rule. Despite a Conservative government at the helm, the globalist woke agenda made deep inroads into schools, public service, police, and other government institutions.

Many Conservative voters switched to Nigel Farage’s Reform UK party, which received 14 percent of the total vote. The presence of the Reform UK party could have accounted for the defeat of Conservative candidates in several constituencies.

Farage wins seat in UK parliament for first time, Trump congratulates

Nigel Farage-led Reform UK party won four seats. Farage, a long-time member of the European Parliament, will be entering the British parliament for the first time.

President Donald Trump congratulated Farage on his win of over 10,000 votes over his Conservative rival. “Donald Trump has congratulated Nigel Farage on his “big WIN” after the Reform UK leader was elected as an MP for the first time,” Sky News (UK) reported. “Posting on his Truth Social platform, Trump said: “Congratulations to Nigel Farage on his big WIN of a Parliament Seat Amid Reform UK Election Success. Nigel is a man who truly loves his Country! DJT.”

Labour loses 4 seats to “pro-Palestinian” candidates in Muslim-dominated areas

The Labour Party lost four seats to insurgent “pro-Palestinian” candidates in Muslim-dominated constituencies. Former Labour lawmaker George Galloway’s Workers Party of Britain (WPB) also took votes away from the party. Galloway, the 69-year-old far-left politician who made his career peddling anti-Israel campaigns, lost his parliamentary seat in the northern English town of Rochdale.

“Labour has lost four seats to pro-Gaza independent candidates and been run close by several others, as the impact of the Middle East crisis dented an otherwise jubilant night for Keir Starmer’s party,” the Guardian newspaper reported. “Jonathan Ashworth, the party’s shadow Cabinet Office minister, was one of the highest profile political casualties of the rise in support for pro-Palestinian candidates in urban areas with high Muslim populations.”

In an apparent bid to intimidate voters, Palestinian flags were seen flattering over several polling stations. “Numerous Palestinian flags have been spotted in the streets of London as Britons head to the polls to vote in today’s General Election,” the GB News TV channel noted.

We shall see if the UK lives to see another election, because the communists will certainly do their best to kill it.

Labour got less votes than last time. They only won because of the center-right split and the collapse of the SNP.

Of course they won’t factor this into their policymaking – they’ll seize the moment to try to embed their people like ticks, and enshrine their insanity in as many places as possible.

So, they didn’t win? They’re not in a position now to shove their garbage agenda down everyone’s throats? Britons voted this in. If they want to destroy their country that’s their choice.

No, they did win. Of course they won. But they didn’t win by gaining votes from the Conservatives. All the extra votes they got were from SNP, which is even further left than them, and the reason they won is because Nigel Farage destroyed the Conservative Party. So if you want to blame someone for “destroying their country”, blame Farage and his supporters. But he was right to do so. Yes, he put Labour in power for five years, but it had to be done. Sticking with the Tories would just have produced five more years of a government that was almost indistinguishable from Labour anyway.

Always requires a little mental translation to take British terms and turn them into American political categories. I keep thinking “Ok, so who pulled the sword out this time?”

The only good news to come out of this is that the insufferable, despicable, Jew-hating, dhimmi bigot and blowhard, Galloway, wasn’t elected.

Charles Krauthammer famously wrote/lectured that “Decline is a Choice.”

If ingrate and gullible citizens of secular, democratic societies choose to vote for cancerous leftism, in all its noxious and destructive manifestations, then they fully deserve to reap the deleterious consequences of their political predilections and loyalties. The people whom I feel sorry for are those Brits who reject leftism.

In the U.K., as in so many other European countries that are circling the drain, we can expect more of the same, totally predictable and deleterious consequences to ensue — more feckless, cowed and obsequious enabling of, and, embrace of, goose-stepping, Jew-hating, genocidal Islamofascism and Muslim supremacism; more idiotic, unfeasible, impoverishing and prosperity-destroying “green” energy conceits and diktats; more importation of millions of subversive, belligerent and bigoted Muslims from Africa and the middle east.

NEVER underestimate the mind-boggling amount of death, pain and misery some voters will inflict on themselves and others so they can virtue signal. It is a kind of self-crucifixion.

    Don’t get too excited.

Labour is every bit devoted to the Jew hating left as Democrats are.

Racism, and in particular racism aimed directly at Jews is in their DNA!

Milhouse in reply to mailman. | July 7, 2024 at 8:54 am

Not really. Starmer has been dedicated to driving the antisemites out of the party. He hasn’t been 100% successful, but he’s had significant success, including expelling Corbyn from the party. Corbyn is now in Partliament as an independent.

To tell you the truth, the Conservatives are like the Rino’s here. Policy will not change much, which is already bad. Looks the the Brits just lost their country completely.

Well, at least it’s not a muslim – yet.

“Galloway, the 69-year-old far-left politician who made his career peddling anti-Israel campaigns, lost his parliamentary seat in the northern English town of Rochdale.”

I thought Rochdale looked familiar, and not for a good reason. It was where Asian gangs committed mass rape. The accusation of which were brushed aside by police and others. Which leads me to ask, just how influential was Galloway in getting those accusations squashed and victims pushed aside?

Don’t know much about British politics but it will be interesting to see what happens to the Reform Party. I have read that with the short notice election that they had little time to recruit candidates or donors. Still, they got a lot of votes though their parliamentary representation doesn’t reflect those numbers.

Perhaps they will fade into oblivion or maybe they will become a competitive political force that is both populist and conservative. Time will tell.

“Don’t know much about British politics”

    You and me both.

So the UK has been suffering under uncontrolled “immigration,” record “immigrant” crime, unbridled wokeism, refusal to honor the Brexit vote, and rampant anti-Semitism… and this was all at the hands of the CONSERVATIVE (Tory) Party??

And the “chrow da bums out” popular response was to elect the LABOUR (Socialist) party???

    “It’s a madhouse! A MAD! HOUSE!

“The argument that the two parties should represent opposed ideals and policies… is a foolish idea. Instead, the two parties should be almost identical, so that the American people can throw the rascals out at any election without leading to any profound or extensive shifts in policy. Then it should be possible to replace it, every four years if necessary, by the other party which will be none of these things but will still pursue, with new vigor, approximately the same basic policies.”
    ― Carroll Quigley

Looks like the UK has already achieved the Quigley Singularity. 😢

And the “chrow da bums out” popular response was to elect the LABOUR (Socialist) party???

No, the popular response among those fed up with the Tories was to vote Reform instead. That took votes away from the Tories, letting Labour take the seats. And Reform knew this would be the result; but they didn’t see any other choice.

He looks like a soy boy titty baby

Watched video from Winston Marshall on the election, he had polling it was mostly a throw the bums out than a Cultural Marxist vote. And this election the Labour got less votes than other parties the last two election.
The invasion of England will continue from Muslims

The first act of labour I suspect will be to drive as many jobs out of the UK as possible. They would rather rule with force over pesants than goven those who still posess some independence. Remember, the UK is composed entirely of those who didn’t have the makings to come to the New World an accomplish something. We only have about 50% of those types here in the US.

Very so often I make the mental adjustment of thinking of Communist and Socialists not as a worldwide conspiracy, but just an advantageous political option that organically arises among the habitually lazy and covetous citizens of our globe. It illuminates a different range of the political spectrum and explains different details better. If it hadn’t been Marx, it would have been Abbie Hoffmann, Kim Kardashian, or some other successful human parasite.

Labour received 34% of the vote, not exactly a landslide. Combined with the Tories their combined total was 58%. This was more of a rejection of Tories and Labour than anything.
Brendon O’Neill over at Spiked has a very good explanation of what happened.

Keir Starmer. Has a Nazi ring to it, eh?
