Well, they can. And they did. And even when they’re called out on it, they will call it a different name and continue to do it anyway. Let’s face it, It’s difficult to find a worthy white person these days.
You must remember that liberals can do whatever they want regardless of existing laws. They’ll change the law to fit their current whims.
When I was applying for a NSF graduate scholarship, I also looked at the NSF Minority Graduate Scholarships. It specified which races were eligible. At the bottom of the page it said “NSF does not discriminate according to race, sex,” etc. Only the Feds could be such hypocrites.
Those nondiscrimination statements are just fiction. Their DIE statements though, will be enforced with mobs and riots.
Now do “disparate impact.”
