‘Cruel, Psychological Propaganda’: Netanyahu Lashes Out at Hamas Over Hostage Video
Heartbreaking. You know the women spoke under duress.
Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu slammed Hamas for releasing a video of three Israel hostages.
We are not going to show the video of images of the women. I completely agree with Netanyahu: “This is cruel psychological propaganda by Hamas-ISIS.”
The terrorist group expects us sane people to believe anything hostages say in videos.
The women repeated Hamas’s talking points by berating “Netanyahu, calling on him to secure their release and accusing him of failing to prevent the terror group’s October 7 onslaught.”
The woman who speaks is Daniel Aloni, who was kidnapped with her daughter as they visited family at Kibbutz Nir Oz, which was the scene of a brutal Hamas attack on Oct. 7. She starts by addressing Netanyahu, saying: “You promised to free us all. Instead we bear your political and military failure.”
Aloni refers to “a mistake” that Israel’s leaders made on Oct. 7, the day Hamas militants stormed across southern Israel, killing some 1,400 people and kidnapping over 200 others according to Israeli officials, including soldiers and civilians from infants to the elderly.
“No one came. No one was watching over us,” Aloni says, without clarifying what mistake she’s referring to.
She continues her message, presumably delivered at the behest of the Hamas militants holding her, to ask if the Israeli government, which has significantly ramped up both its aerial assault and its ground operations in Gaza over the last several days, “want to kill us all? Do you want to kill us all with an army?”
“Release us now,” she shouts, then alluding to Hamas’ suggestion that it could free all of its hostages in exchange for the release of the roughly 6,000 Hamas members said to be held in Israeli prisons.
“Release their prisoners. Set us all free. Let us return to our families!” Aloni says, becoming increasingly emotional before screaming into the camera: “Now! Now!”
Netanyahu named the women in the video:
“To Yelena Trupanob, Daniel Aloni and Rimon Kirsht, who were abducted by Hamas, which is committing war crimes. I embrace you. Our hearts are with you and the other the captives.
We are doing everything to bring home all of the captives and missing.”
Who knows when Hamas recorded the video? Who knows if the women are still alive?
You know the morons who support these “freedom fighters” will eat us the video and believe the women said everything without duress or force.

Hanas is recognized as a legitimate government by the UN when it hurts the Israeli government, but for some reason not when the Geneva Convention should apply to Hamas.
They don’t have to be a government to be covered by the Geneva Convention. The GC was ratified by all 196 states and covers everyone, including Hamas. They just don’t care because they know the sanctions are toothless and they have the entire Muslim world to back them up.
Yes they do. Any entity which broadly rejects their own obligations under it to refrain from X action is also removing themselves from its protections. It is a reciprocal burden for the signatories. Terrorist groups, including Hamas and their pseudo gov’t, are by definition unlawful combatants and possess no presumptive rights to assert under it. The belligerent Nations in conflict with Hamas or another such entity, may always voluntarily apply those protections but are not under an obligation to do so.
While it is true that 196 Nations did approve the 1949 version for the Geneva Convention it is very important to keep in mind that there are three other major Treaty revisions/expansions which came later as well as 3 maybe 4 major additional smaller more focused protocols. Not every Nation State has signed on to all of the later versions.
That’s because the U.N. is an anti-Semitic, anti-Zionist, illegitimate bastardized joke of “international cooperation”. (China and Iran have held seats on the so-called “Human Rights Council”; what more evidence do you need?)
They harass our allies and stick us with the bills for it.
The U.S. should eject them from New York, revoke all diplomatic visas, and convert their HQ building into Section 8 housing. Time to be done.
I agree with most of what say, except section 8 housing. There should eventually be trials for Dems and RINOs, for deep state critters, for treason, use UN’s former buildings for prosecution.
The last thing we need is more section 8 housing.
The US has poured enough money down the Drain in Ukraine enough to build a dozen new UN headquarter buildings and fund their operations for the next 100 years—not counting what Zalensky has skimmed off the top.
