Anti-Israel Graffiti Appears on Campus at Cornell University
“Israel is Fascist”
This entire situation just gets uglier by the day.
The Cornell Review reports:
Anti-Israel graffiti stains Campus Road and Cornell
Spray paint on the main sidewalk of Campus Road, depicting messages such as “Zionism = Racism” and “Israel is Fascist” appeared on Wednesday morning.
Some time before 9:00 AM, the graffiti began on Campus Road sidewalks between Olin and Sage Halls on campus. As-yet unknown perpetrators painted messages in red and white spray paint and displayed the following messages along the primary thoroughfare: “Israel is Fascist,” “Zionism = Racism,” “Free Palestine,” and “F*ck Israel.”
At this time, it is unclear who or which organization participated in this act of vandalism upon Cornell’s campus. Under NYS Penal Law § 145.60, the making and displaying of graffiti is a Class A misdemeanor.
Campus Road is one of the busiest sections of campus, joining the Engineering Quad and Ho Plaza. Vehicle and pedestrian traffic on this main stretch ensure that these messages will receive immense visibility.
Students also found graffiti of similar messages on Ho Plaza near the Cornell Store.
This incident comes amidst several weeks of on-campus controversy between pro-Israel and pro-Palestine students and faculty. Headlined by viral, controversial comments by history professor Russell Rickford, the Israel-Palestine struggle has come to Ithaca.
Amid increasing Jew-hatred and several pro-Hamas rallies on campus, including one at which a professor called Hamas's massacre "exhilarating," students at @Cornell were greeted by this egregious, hateful display this morning.

Expect barricaded roads and building takeovers, as in 1969.
Where’s Martha?
I was there in 1971 when protesters took over Carpenter Engineering Library for a week, and there was NO punishment for the protestors.
Where is Martha indeed.
I was there in 1954. All was quiet and respectful. We had no Marthas.
With the exception of the one with the police tape around it, all the other graffiti is clearly executed in the same handwriting.
This may be the only racist graffiti I’ve seen this year that WON’T earn a listing on fakehatecrimes.org.
Meanwhile these people are worried about micro-aggressions, yet they have no problem threatening Jews with macro-aggresions. What lying hypocrites these people are.
Whatever they do, it won’t be the MOST effective response:
“Some members of our community are under threats of violence. We need to ensure they can protect themselves. If you are concerned that you might be targeted, report to the ROTC pistol range behind building 1401 for weapons issue and familiarization.”
