This doesn’t quite work for me. ‘It’ might be charity; compassion; facts; or logic.
Liberals reject those, but we can’t.
This makes just as much sense as as the “platinum coin”. Nuts!

It’s time the people in this country who work hard, try to do what’s tight and want to just get along with the other side, just draw a line in the sand, which we will not cross.
The only way they can disarm us and subjugate us is if we let them.
It’s time to take Nancy Reagan’s advice and Just say no. It’s time for them to compromise for a change.
Other than hitting the streets, the only tool we have to say “no” with is the House Speaker position, whom our party has the power to appoint.
They failed us.
So we need to seize the party back.
Then we need to order it to appoint a Speaker willing to lead us into battle, instead of a Squeaker running for a bottle.
This is not exaggeration: It was a blunder of truly historic proportions in re-electing Boehner.
We desperately need to change the game so historians looking back at our time will not marvel at the unthinkable lameness of the GOP leadership and the stupid, sheer luck of Barack Obama in Boehner’s re-election.
There is absolutely zero chance of “us” taking back the party. The GOP has already hit the ground to take over the primaries to make sure we don’t get the kind of people we need like Ted Cruz and others. The GOP supported Cruz’ opponent. They’ve also started a small third party which will support and fund both Republicans and Democrats. They’re looking for Repub. candidates who want to compromise. Boehner ally and former Rep. Steve LaTourette is the new pres. of this group which used to be called Republican Main Street Partnership. They’ve now taken the word “Republican” out of the name and call themselves Main Street Partnership. It’s important to be realistic about what’s ahead. The GOP went to great lengths to co-opt and defeat the Tea Party. The GOP likes democrats, would like to be democrats.
