Biden Admin Endorses Puberty Blockers, Hormone Therapy, Gender-Affirming Surgeries in Children
As a female who thought for the longest time she was a male trapped in a female body this is scary because most happens during puberty when your body is still developing.
It’s Transgender Day of Visibility. The Biden Administration decided to push out a bunch of initiatives to help transgenders feel more comfortable in public.
The actions include choosing “X” on your passport, condemning states that passed laws protecting female sports, and erasing biology from other official forms. That’s okay because, you know, science sucks and your biology would never be important in an emergency. Such a party of science!
But buried in the “fact sheet” is something that should concern everyone.
Our “devout” Catholic president endorses “sex” changes in children:
Providing resources on the importance of gender affirming care for children and adolescents. The Office of the Assistant Secretary for Health has developed a resource to inform parents and guardians, educators, and other persons supporting children and adolescents with information on what is gender-affirming care and why it is important to transgender, nonbinary, and other gender expansive young people’s well-being.

I am so thankful my parents never took me seriously when I grew up telling them I was a male trapped inside a female body. I reject everything female and embrace everything male. My parents bought me boy clothes and accessories. I had a short haircut. My dad shaved my head. I was a boy in everything but biology. After puberty, I welcomed the fact that I just love male everything and THAT IS OKAY. It is okay to be a female who dresses like a boy because that’s when I’m most comfortable.
Guess when I realized I was the ultimate tomboy? After puberty. Yet the “gender-affirming” care happens during puberty or during adolescence.
Puberty is such a confusing and awful time for kids. Your body is changing, hormones all over the place, etc. Now children have in their faces celebrities and loudmouths telling them that they must be the opposite sex if they don’t “feel” like their biological sex.
Find someone of the same sex attractive? You must be gay and/or the opposite sex!
The Biden administration admitted there is only one narrative. You cannot just allow your tomboy daughter who thinks she is a male to wear male clothing, get a male haircut, wear male accessories.
No, you must push “gender-affirming care” onto your child.
I cannot stop thinking about the people on DeTrans Awareness Day. People who chose to go back to their biological sex shared their experiences. I cannot imagine what they went through.

This stuff is very confusing if you try to reason it out. What if I, a man, were really a female trapped inside this male body? If I were a lesbian, would I know I was trapped inside the wrong body?
And the answer is, ‘you are required to praise and affirm whatever the fuck they feel like claiming to be at the drop of a hat’.
These people are not mentally well, and they are coping with their instability by demanding that everybody around them cater to their nebulous whims.
You know, Joe Biden is the perfect president.
Whatever his stance is on something, you can be 100% assured that it will be 100% wrong. If you do exactly the opposite, you will win every time.
The only correct Biden decisions I can think of off the top of my head occurred have only because other people effectively denied him any other possible choice… like his pulling the nomination of David Chipman.
(And his refusal to send fighter jets to Ukraine may… I say may… actually be his first unforced correct answer… but I’m not familiar enough with the big picture to know yet.)

Homosexual marriage hasn’t a thing to to with trans”gender” issues. I have no idea who lumped the transgender crowd in with us in the first place. It’s two different issues entirely.
Imagine if this principle of “gender-affirming care” were applied to anorexia, a common body-image problem among adolescents. If a girl comes in and says she’s too fat, you don’t weigh her! You just put her on a diet and weight-loss drugs. So what if she’s only 90 pounds. If she says she’s too fat, then you treat her like she’s too fat.
Lots of kids go through stages where they wish they were the other sex. In nearly all cases, it sorts itself out. By doing this blind “gender-affirming care”, you end up sterilizing and mutilating kids because you’re too impatient to let them sort themselves out.
This is not a hypothetical case. It’s happened.

Yes, “puberty blockers”. Which is just a disingenuous way of saying “testosterone blockers”. And the liberal leftists certainly won’t tell a parent that the testosterone blockers that they will inject their children with are the exact same chemicals that are used to chemically castrate habitual sex offenders.
But don’t worry, According to the “consensus” of the liberal medical establishment chemical castration is totally reversible if at some point in the future the child decides they aren’t trans. And who are we to question the medical consensus & the federal government.
I was on a T blocker for two years. It was to treat prostate cancer. I am free of the cancer, but I’m still regaining my muscle tone 2 1/2 years after the last shot. It’s nasty stuff.
Keep in mind that if you take a puberty blocker, there is NO GOING BACK to a later in life puberty.
This is really odd and reeks of political gamesmanship based on the potential health consequences alone.

Unless I misunderstand the transition surgeries, the results are even worse if the person doesn’t go through puberty.
Maybe they could approve some meds to ease the pain of the Oberlin verdict. If so, it would have to be something pretty strong. Probably something like Hunter’s been taking.
Gender dysphoria, where one’s brain has a different idea of what genitals one has than what is actually there, is a known issue. It is also well-known that it occurs most often among teenagers going through puberty. Also, in the vast majority of cases it resolves itself by the end of adolescence. So, the idea of doing permanent changes to a kid’s body when the problem will likely go away all by itself is simply insane.
I think there is also a “social contagion” aspect of this. The more the progressives push this ideology, the more children will become convinced they’re “trans.” And then the left is waiting to rush in with a needle and a scalpel to make what is an induced curiosity a permanent mutilation.
And they want to do this to little kids; these people are truly wicked.
Yeah, I fully support the right of anybody to wear what they want, follow whichever interests they choose, play with the toys that attract them and be who they are.
That includes young people, children, teens, whatever.
None of which means that children should be labelled, given drugs, mutilated. Let them grow up, let them find out who they are, let their adult selves make adult decisions once they’re adults.
It really confuses me that so many people reject that concept. It really worries me how many of them are in positions of influence over children. It genuinely concerns me how many of them have power over those children.
“Ok, groomer” might be something of a meme but the insinuations it makes are ones I will voice more articulately to anybody trying to convince me that mutilating children is a good thing.

And it was originally called “Gender Identity Disorder” in the Diagnostic & Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders and considered a psychiatric disorder until the liberal medical establishment re-defined the condition as “not a disorder” and changed the name to “gender dysphoria” so as not to offend anyone. (Though oddly enough it is still listed in The Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, Fifth Edition, Text Revision (DSM-5-TR) and hasn’t been removed from that psychiatric publication.).
